In my experience, "the best Tim Hortons in the GVRD". I and my wife ordered the chipotle steak wrap. Tons of meat. Super tender. Perfectly spiced . Hot fresh and very generous portions. Great Coffee, not swill, must have come at the right time because the donuts were still warm.
The place is open 24 hours. The wraps and the turkey sandwich are the most delicious items. The pastry is good. But a little too sweet.
Well when I ordered my drink, no one really remembered to do it, and it wasn’t even on the screen for them even though I just ordered. But the cashier was an old classmate of mine - Corrine, and she low-key cute now so imma let it slide. Appreciate it Corrine

This location is a pleasant one. We did not have trouble finding somewhere to sit, in fact we managed to get nice armchairs. The wait was not too long. It's not too loud in this location either.
