Used to eat here often when I used to work primarily at this site. Prices a bit hefty but not much food competition at the hospital. Rewards app highly recommend for birthday rewards.

The only thing is they should be open much longer as they are located in a hospital. Where a lot of people go late at night waiting for hours.
People are always asking where to get a drink and nothing close by as all coffee shops are actually closed in the neighborhood.

As a hospital worker, I am here most days. New owners recently took over and none of the previous staff have remained. It is hit or miss if my mocha tastes good or not, and it rarely is very hot. There is always new staff there, but Clara always says hello and remembers my name. The bacon breakfast bun is good, much better here than at other locations.

A huge shout out to the staff and in particular the manager Winnie, at the Royal Jubilee Hosp location. I am out of province and had a family member in the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Winnie was able to help me out so much and our family member received an amazing lunch that perked up their whole day. Very appreciative of the service and the help! Thank you Winnie!

Great coffee..a bit pricier than Timmy's and MacDonald lattes but definitely good...Royal Jubilee Hospital location makes visiting patients a lot calmer. Caffeine has a way of smoothing down stress responses.

I went to this place almost every day for about 3 weeks straight when my wife was in hospital. Staff are great and friendly. They have a great selection of coffee and tea. Their food may cost slightly more than their main competitor across the way, but it is definitely higher quality. Big thanks to the staff at this location for the great service, great coffee and great food.

Crowded, organized lineups during lunch rush hour with hospital staff, patients & visitors. Healthy foods, soups with delicious beverages. Can't go wrong.

I love that Jubilee has a Good Earth Cafe! It is much appreciated to be able to get a good meal and a great cup of coffee in a hospital. The staff actually try to get to know you and your usual order (especially if you're a regular), and there's always a lot of laughter and smiles behind the till.

How to waste $5 in 10 minutes:<br/><br/>One of the employees forgot my order today and was passive aggressive towards the mistake he made. As I had only come to the cafe to have a cold drink, I was aware of what I had ordered. I would never in my life lie about something as small as a coffee order and if he had handled it in a professional matter I wouldn't be wasting my time writing a review. As a mature adult, I am aware of the importance of admitting when one makes a mistake and while it is possible that not everyone else has reached this point, then those individual should not be working in the service industry. After 10 minutes of sitting down, I was asked to move tables as there was a bigger group coming, which I was expecting. Unfortunately, the way that I was asked was rather rude. The group who were sitting down at our table had 10 times the manners that the employee had. I wish they were the ones serving me today instead of the staff member. <br/><br/>I was disappointed by how uncomfortable I felt at this location. I have liked all of the other staff members but they do not make up for my experience. By reading the other comments, I know the owner (possibly the boy who served me today) will defensively reply to this review using excuses, instead of changing the reasons why this store has gotten so many bad reviews.

I enjoyed my craft Cold Brew on a hot summer day; different than iced coffee without heated water so sweeter, more rounded and less acidic. Impressed with this little cafe from Calgary. Busy with locals just hanging out. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. Easy parking for bikes out front too.

Very very very bad experience. The owner/manager practices discriminatory behaviour in his restaurant, which should not be encouraged in our neighbourhood! The food is horrible and I have watched him verbally abuse people. We are extremely dissapointed. In addition to that, I know people who work there, who were paid fairly and were verbally abused themselves.

The store manager at this place is actually ridiculous, a few months ago I was in there reading my book with a tea and witnessed the most horrible customer service ever! There were about 8 customers in the store and one of the windows was open. It was freezing outside. One university looking student got up and kindly asked the man at the front if he could close the window. He responded by saying no, very rudely. She went back after 2 minutes and said "excuse me but your response was really rude, you could have nicely said no". After that he told her to leave the store and that she was not allowed back in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Because your paying customer kindly asked you to close a window as it was nearing freezing temperatures outside? all of us sitting around the shop were clearly cold as well. Disgusting. Also, a friend of mine ordered a soup here and the manager literally heated it up in the microwave, how gross and classless.

First time I went it was alright. I have been a few times each time got worse. The staff seem clueless and disorganized. Other customers just jump in front of everyone yet staff does nothing. Food doesn't taste good. Very dry bakery items soup tastes like it came from a package from Superstore.

Tasty food, good coffee. Lots of different milk options for your latte or whatever (even rice or almond milk). Definitely on the pricier side as far as coffee shops go.
