Used to eat here often when I used to work primarily at this site. Prices a bit hefty but not much food competition at the hospital. Rewards app highly recommend for birthday rewards.

The only thing is they should be open much longer as they are located in a hospital. Where a lot of people go late at night waiting for hours.
People are always asking where to get a drink and nothing close by as all coffee
As a hospital worker, I am here most days. New owners recently took over and none of the previous staff have remained. It is hit or miss if my mocha tastes good or not, and it rarely is very hot. There is always new staff there, but Clara always says hello and remembers my name. The bacon break
A huge shout out to the staff and in particular the manager Winnie, at the Royal Jubilee Hosp location. I am out of province and had a family member in the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Winnie was able to help me out so much and our family member received an amazing lunch that perked up their whole day.
Great coffee..a bit pricier than Timmy's and MacDonald lattes but definitely good...Royal Jubilee Hospital location makes visiting patients a lot calmer. Caffeine has a way of smoothing down stress responses.

I went to this place almost every day for about 3 weeks straight when my wife was in hospital. Staff are great and friendly. They have a great selection of coffee and tea. Their food may cost slightly more than their main competitor across the way, but it is definitely higher quality. Big thanks to
Crowded, organized lineups during lunch rush hour with hospital staff, patients & visitors. Healthy foods, soups with delicious beverages. Can't go wrong.

Visiting a family member in the hospital, after my first Large Mocha and a tuna sandwich I was hooked! Wonderful staff, always put a smile on my face, even though we all wore masks😉
Convenient ordering, friendly staff and good food/drinks. I really appreciate the effort they make to get to know regular folks and the kindness to patients/families I consistently observe. So glad to have them!
The staff at RJH are amazing! They always make me feel welcome. You can't beat service like that.
I love that Jubilee has a Good Earth Cafe! It is much appreciated to be able to get a good meal and a great cup of coffee in a hospital. The staff actually try to get to know you and your usual order (especially if you're a regular), and there's always a lot of laughter and smiles behind the till.
