Today I visited your restaurant to get favourite salad chicken apple pomegranate blue cheese when I got home opened there was a long black hair in my salad. It went in the garbage immediately. If you are going to have your staff doing prep work they should be wearing hair nets. I will never enjoy another salad at Wendy's again. Hank

I ordered a medium size vanilla frosty. but they gave me a small size frosty and they put it in an empty medium size cup like it looks like a medium size. this is scam. I will never ever order here again.

Thanks to the hard workers at this Wendys. My small order of a large fries and Double Jr Bacon Cheeseburger with modifications was accurate and fresh. I know there is a major struggle to find staff right now so all the managers are working long hours to keep the restaurant open. Keep up the good work.

Ordered 3 spicy burgers 2 were combo. Get to the window after waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru. The gave me 2 burgers! I said where is the other spicy burger?? Oh you didn't order that! I said yes I did. Then got one and a frosty! Got it home the fries were half full and cold the one burger was plain spicy cold burger and mine was all dry and not spicy!! After spending over $30 I will never go back to this Wendy's again this 3 strikes thought we would give them another chance in the past 2 years. Never again! Don't go

Every time I use the drive thru they always forget my food. This time my crispy Chicken Burger, so family has theirs but no dinner for me. My hubby who is sick had to go get it, and you never bother to answer your telephone! So no customer service either! You have great food, but, you need to double check your orders!

Great food. Service was polite and ad quick as could be expected on a Saturday supper time. Could have used an employee to restock straws, etc. Drink machine takes an effort to commence. Clean, spacious eating area.

Line ups always seem about 6 cars deep and take almost 5 to 10 minutes per car. Fries always seem cold and limp. Baconators we're good but other burgers were cold buns and not even warm enough to melt the cheese. I know places are short of staff and so I can live with longer wait times but food quality shouldn't be that poor.

Fast food so really can't expect much. Horrible horrible customer service. Nothing works so half the food options not available. First time I've ever taken fast food untouched back and asked for money back. Lady decided to cop me attitude and try embarrass me infront of a ton of people. People behind counter all yelling, garbage everywhere and it's absolutely filthy. Over half hour wait for food. Fast food attitudes to go with their service.
