I recently visited Wendy's and had an outstanding experience, which compelled me to give them a well-deserved five-star rating. From the moment I walked in, the friendly and welcoming employees made me feel right at home. Their warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm for their work set the tone for an enjoyable dining experience. The service was impeccable. The employees were attentive and efficient, taking the time to answer any questions I had about the menu and offering helpful recommendations. A pleasant surprise ☺ I've not had the cheese burger for years and it still tastes great! The wait was a little longer for a fast food restaurant. Cater more time prior to visiting the venue.

I only ordered one item. I asked for the item to be fresh cooked, although I'm not sure if it was. Seemed hitter than usual.

Got to see a grown man have a meltdown because they wouldn't help him after he was being rude to the workers for his Skip order. 10/10 will come again. Employees were absolute Champs.

We usually go for baked potatoes through drive up. At times tgey are amazing. However too often they are raw inside. This should not be that hard to get right.

Some decent quality food options, a modern drink machine with flavour options, cool location, and the service was fast

Mom sand I had looked forward to coming to Wendy's during a day out together, we both had the same thing, but we're not able to finish are burger/fry combo lunches simply because it turned out that we were much less hungry than we'd presumed. It sure was cool to discover that you were offering raspberry Coke, I hadn't seen or heard about it, and it was great, I got a refill to go. The guy at the till was a laugh riot, we both really enjoyed his sense of humor, sorry,I can't recall his name, but he was a white male, in his early 50s if that helps

The staff is so friendly and awesome! Every time I go, I see them working so hard behind the counter and they give me very delicious lunches. My only issue is some days (two Fridays I've tried so far) the dining room is closed due to lack of staff and since I don't drive a car here, I can't order, but that's no fault of the employees. Keep up the good work Wendy's!

Awful, slow service. They did not get my order right and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to correct it.

No veggie burgers or fish burgers!?!!

Fastest. There drive thru is super fast, best in city by far. price is climbing, but who's isnt. a 1/4pounder at mc dicks is now almost 8 bux for the meal.

Great food!. I am also en ex-employee of the Colwood Wendy's (I quit there back in 2010). The food is very fresh since the chicken has a 1 hour hold time, meat has a 7 minute hold time, and fries have a 3 minute hold time. The value is decent as well, especially since recently the prices dropped down. You have to realize that the drive-through people are on a timer, and the slower you are, the slower they are when typing the order.

I am a Wendy's worker, so I thought I'd post something. Maybe some of our pick up window workers are grumpy, but how would you feel if you had to deal with grumpy people for 8 hours straight? No much better I assume. But other then that, I love the food, and no, I'm not saying that as an employee, I'm saying it as a customer. Even the days I don't work I stop in and get a baconator, it may not be the best bacon in the world, but still, coupled with the beef of the patty, and our new butter toasted buns... It's the most delicious meal I eat all week. Next to that, our fries are delicious too, never too much, nor too little salt and always cooked to the right crispness. And to add to those good factors, we have our multitude of other choices for sides, such as ; salads, baked potato, or chili. The baked potato has a number of different toppings. Also, at wendy's, you can ask for any condiment to be taken off, added or have extra, sometimes if it's bacon, or a patty it will cost extra, but not too much. And our patties couldn't be fresher, we have fresh never frozen beef, fresh every day, and every morning all of our tomatoes and other condiments are chopped in store at the location they are sold. And at times Wendy's service can be rough, but most of the time we won't be rude unless you are towards us. So, come in, enjoy, and thank you for reading this.

Worst Drive through experience ever. I was there around 5:00pm Jan 16,2011. The drive through attendant working at this time was very rude. He kept cutting me off throughout my order and because of this he messed up my order. When I usually go there the service is fine but this time I was surprised that such a grumpy drive through attendant would treat people so rudely. I could understand if they were in a rush, but the inside restaurant was empty and in the drive through there was only one car behind mine. I'm assuming the guy taking orders on drive through must have been in a rush to go home or on his break. Service like this should not be acceptable at anytime. I wont be eating there again.

Prompt service. Wendys should get the record for fastest fast food ever..always quick and rarely a mistake made...the burgers are pretty good considering they are cooked by the same guy who tried to sell you weed at the whale wall earlier that day.the frostys are all right for sure ..but not stoked on the new bacon styles on the baked potatoes..it used to be bacon bits now its little fatty chunks of "real" bacon..I also appreciate having the choice between salad , chile, baked potatoe or fries for a side....its gets pretty dreery having fries everywhere you go so wendys...props to you for giving us an option without an extra charge..thanks
