I was recently shopping at Costco and decided to try out the Roof Top Patio at the Metropolitan Bar and Grill. We were pleasantly surprised, the patio has to the one of the best in the city. The food was excellent, I had the BBQ! chicken flatbread and my partner went with the Langford Chicken Burger. The service was fast and friendly. We will be back next time we are in the area.

Great service the last three times we have been here in the last three months. We had the same waitress the last two times, one afternoon was very slow but we got amazing service and yesterday she still provided the same great service with a packed house for Super Bowl. We'll definitely keep coming back!
Monday Night is off the hook...won some crazy sunglasses & a Seahawks tuque a couple weeks ago. Food is fantastic - GM says they hired a new chef!!! Give this place a try...OFTEN!!!

Although we arrived early for dinner the place was a bit of a ghost town. This was our first visit. It was really nice we had the whole place to ourselves and we're able pick anywhere we wanted to sit. They actually have a really nice pool table there if you're into a round of pool. The food was exceptional we were all pleased with our meals. Also enjoyed a round of pool, which was fun. Service was superb. I will be going back to the Metropolitan,
I had breakfast here as a hotel guest. The breakfast voucher for Marriott elite members covers $15 per person, so $30 CAD for the room. You can choose to order entrees from the menu or continental breakfast ($15 CAD) or buffet (available during the weekend for $22 CAD person). The breakfast menu has some good selection, but I think they were a bit overpriced.

A nice bar atmosphere with food and entertainment. We went and it was “wings” night, so wings and salads! They have a full bar so drinks are readily available.
Came here for breakfast and food portion was amazing! The potatoes were so good. But the best part was the service, our server Alicia was so attentive and nice. She made our breakfast experience extra amazing!

Not a huge menu of items which is good so they they can focus on serving food quality food.
One suggestion.. I had the shaved ham and cheese .. please rethink putting dejon mustard on the baguette.. it was way too spicy..I rather add my own to taste.. luckily I enjoy spicey food.. however by the time I got to the end of the sandwich my mouth was on fire!!

Try the vegeterian eggs benedict, one of the best breakfasts I have eved had. Home made pesto and holandais sauce, delicious.
Tessa made us feel like we were not just another table to for her wait on. She was very attentive and so delightful to talk to during our dinner. She made these strangers from another country feel welcome in here. I highly suggest you ask for her.
My husband and I visited this restaurant on two occasions during our stay at the Four Point Sheraton Hotel up in BC, Canada this past weekend.
Our breakfast was just OK, the food was mediocre (probably could have made a better one myself), but the service was outstanding. Our waitress was friendly & helpful. After our meal, the Manager stopped by and asked us how things were and what our plans were for the day. Since we were visiting from the states, he took a few minutes to write down some things to see and do on our stay, which we greatly appreciated.
We ordered a dinner meal one evening and it was also mediocre, but it was convenient and once again, the staff at the restaurant was wonderful.
It was what I expected from hotel food, but the friendliness was unexpected and appreciated!!
We love this restaurant! Food is good here and service is prompt and friendly. I had the burger and it was very tasty. My partner had the ribs and she said it was the best she has had. We will be back in a couple weeks.
Excellent food. Don't quite understand all the negative reviews. My wife and I were there a couple nights ago. She ordered pita bread and hummus as a starter and received a huge bowl of hummus, not the usual tiny portion you would receive at most places. I had the chicken burger with salad which was tasty. We eat here when we stay in the hotel and will definitely return.
Breakfast for champions!
I stay at the Four points weekly and only just went for breakfast for the first time. The eggs benny are delicious and the servers are outstanding. Taylor, Anna, Tessa just to name a few are always looking to make my time here better. Way to go, I will be a breakfast regular every stay!
