I went to this place years ago but couldn't remember where it was located. I found it today and had a perfect post-hike grilled cheese with jalapeno sauce. WILL BE BACK to sample more of the menu 👀
Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese was incredible after a rainy hike. The grilled cheese blew our minds. Everything was very hot and service was quick considering its one dude doing everything. Fantastic 10/10.
“The man’s a genius!” to quote my husband. The OUTSIDE of the grilled cheese and grilled rarebit sandwich are grilled cheese. Great with a “Stiff Jab” at Sooke Oceanside Brewery, where this food truck is located.
Stopped by on our way back to Victoria after hiking to Mystic Beach. Along with a few great beers at the next door brewery we got tacos and quesadillas from Grilled to the Mac. Perfect location right off the goose. Incredible food the Lorraine Mac was rich and delicious and the Foghorn Sandwich was a standout. Brewery next door and ocean views.
Tried them down at the Lagoon this weekend. Pretty good food, but the guy running the truck seemed to treat our business more like an inconvenience than anything else. Its not our fault you were busy... granted, after that weird refund guy, I can understand why you appeared a little standoff-ish.
Better Mac and cheese than my grandma made.. They are great. The Mac Lorraine with sausage is heaven. The sandwich with Mac cheese is a messy delight. Every time I go here I fall into a cheese coma after but it's worth it!
The Mac n’ Cheese smokie was unreal. Great flavour to the Mac n’ Cheese 👌🏼👌🏼 Quesadilla on point as well. Fantastic location and food.
Always good everytime I go. The large macaroni is big enough for my son and me (if I let him have any.. Lol). I make special trips to wherever he is just to have it.👌
