If you need a fast food breakfast, can't beat a@w for that type of food/price point. The Esquimalt location is the best locally. Looks newly renovated, and the food was nicely put together. Staff were friendly but a bit disorganized (so many people but not efficient service)
Esquimalt A&W is always the friendliness. Basic fast food, but this location is fresh, put together neatly, and the staff are always so pleasant.
The best of the best places to eat the staff was so friendly and the manager PARVINDER KHASA is the best, the food is so fresh and the special spice for the fries you should try as well. the restaurant by it self well clean and maintained good stop for family highly recommended thank you.

Did the drive through so can't say anything about the ambiance of the restaurant. I mean its a fast food place built for function.
They have had the neo-retro style for sometime which I do like, since I'm old enough to remember the drive-in style lol.

Came here for a big order during a wedding setup. Lots of food to keep track of. The employees were patient with us as we gave them the info, and the food came out perfectly. They were positive and helpful throughout and lunch went great. Good location for sure.
This place is really great good food, fast service and clean. On top of this the staff are so great! Satpreet always has a smile on her face when serving me and Jadelynn and the morning staff are all excellent. The Manager is always so kind.

Unfortunately this location is clearly understaffed, but that doesn't stop the employees from working hard and providing excellent, friendly customer service. The people that work there deserve a raise for what they have to put up with.

Eaten here a lot and they have only been less than perfect once or twice. Best quality and staff of the A&Ws I have eaten at. Love the place. Even the fries have gotten better but in the end it’s all about the Mama burger, best fast food burger going.
