The Americano was very good! Ham and Cheese croissant and vegetarian breakfast burrito was pre-made but heated up for us. Pretty good and it was lovely sitting outside.😃

I couldn't love this local gem any more! William, the owner, puts so much caring into everything he presents, it's like walking into the kitchen of a warm family member. The prices are very reasonable. The outdoor seating is reminiscent of my European travels, but with a beach feel, given the SUP business next door.

Quiet and peaceful. Nice music in the back
ground. We sat inside as it was a bit smoky out. It was also cool inside. Went at 9 Sunday morning. Great coffee with cheese and ham croissant. The owner was there serving. Had a nice visit with him, very layed back. Enjoyable all around.

Ordered a smoked ham and Swiss croissant, a gluten free chocolate ship cookie and a London fog and all were fantastic. I went in and bought a second cookie, I can't remember when I had a gluten free cookie that tasted so good. Fantastic atmosphere inside, very calm and quiet. Definitely recommend this place for hot drinks and a bite to eat

A group of us had a variety of hot drinks and we were all pleased with our choices. Impressive selection of tasty baked goods ranging from sweet to savory.
Indoor seating is somewhat limited for groups, but we happened to arrive during a quieter moment. Place filled up fast once we arrived.

What a great little local eatery (& coffee shop) by the beach with savoury options for quick homemade snacks or meals. The coffee and chai lattes are perfection! The service is friendly & speedy, and it’s relaxing environment to read or get a little work done! I may integrate morning pit stops here as part of my routine. 🏖 📚 ☕️

My eldery mother goes here with her dog and Jonathon always takes such good care of her. He is very patient and knows she struggles getting the door open with her walker, so he greets her outside where she sits sorts everything out for her. This act of kindness is rare and my mom has finally found her little place that makes her feel comfortable. Thank you Jonathon!

Such a great spot. So nice to find a local coffee shop, run by a local guy! Excellent service, very good snacks (muffins aren't made in house but are excellent). This has been our go-to spot during this Covid mess. Excellent location with lots of free parking. Best place to meet up for coffee in the Cadboro Bay Village area. And I heard the owner has been at this for over 35 years! Amazing. Well done.

Very good quality food and top-notch customer service. There's a choice of cosy indoor seating or sunny outside seating. The coffee is great too! Would definitely recommend for a meet up or lunch near Cadboro bay/ Gyro park beach - just a few moments' walk!

One of the best Lattes and Americanos I have had in a very long time. Hand pulled shots and perfect natural sweetness from the espresso. The store only allowed one customer at a time but the speed of which the barista was able to serve drinks was very impressive. Worth stopping in for!

Calm classical music and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere are features of this little gem at Cadboro Bay. Specialty coffees (even the drip coffee) are very good and the quality of savoury items and baked goodies is excellent. Everything is fresh and prices are very reasonable. Olive Olios has become a regular haunt of mine.
