I always make sure to visit this diner when on the island. The cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food with lots of variety to choose from are simply amazing. Be sure to try their pho; you'll keep coming back for more.

Had rare steak Pho. It was delicious, came with all the trimmings. Arrived at the table minutes later, was a large portion. The broth was extremely good. Service was very friendly and checked up on me during the meal. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. I would definitely come back here.

I really like when I try a new restaurant and they have well prepared classics as well as dishes that are interesting, flavourful and creatively presented. I tried the big lunch special with small pho. It's a huge amount of food but I was up for the challenge. It came with salad, spring roll, salad roll, rice, very cool veg tempura that I loved, small beef pho and my choice of main. I chose the spicy pork and I wasn't disappointed. My dining partner had the beef pho with extra noodles but he did not need the extra as the regular bowl is huge. The staff were great. The space is large and open. We will happily go back with the whole family. Good pho and lovely options all around.

I have had vermicelli in a bunch of different provinces and this place would have been one of my favorites but their spring rolls are really bad. There's no flavor and I actually gagged when I tried eating it. Everything else in the vermicelli was delicious though ESPECIALLY the meat! It's the best meat I've ever had in vermicelli so I definitely recommend skipping the spring rolls and getting two meats. The service was good (granted I was the only person there) as she was very attentive. Overall I recommend this place for vermicelli! I haven't had any other dishes.

Got the P-2 (steak, brisket, meatballs in pho). The soup is outstandingly delicious. Of the three meats, the brisket in the pho was hands-down my favourite. Huge portions.

Even though they don't use any MSG, their food is amazing. I have tried many different Pho in town, and I can assure you their Pho is the best in Victoria. The owner is Korean, so I recommend trying out their Korean food as well(JabChae and GganPoongGi are our favorites). They have many vegetarian options which are very healthy and btw you'll be overwhelmed by their portions!

Pho U is one of the few restaurants that we like in town so when we learned that they reopened for takeout we had to get some of our favourites. We had salad rolls and kkangpunggi(spicy garlic fried chicken) and it was super delicious as usual :) we hope they stay open for business as long as they can during this pandamic. Keep up the good work guys!

My son is a great fan of pork cutlet (Don Katsu). We've tried almost every restaurant on the pork cutlet menu, and Pho U has the best one. Crisp and juicy. The portion is huge. Their Pho is always amazing. Highly recommended!

Been here time and again over the last month. Fantastic. One of the best and most fresh tasting Pho restaurants in the city. I haven't even made it to the Korean dishes yet I'm stuck on the Vermicilli bowls. The quality hasn't dipped at all over time either. Love it.
