Sweet and sour sauce is a near perfect replica of my father's special recipe. He passed several years ago so I can't thank you enough for this beautiful dish! He always said that done right, Sweet &Sour should make you sweat just a bit 😉 My grandfather, his father, knew that good food how to celebra
I haven't been here for years but the food and service is still great! I had the lunch special Singapore Curry Noodles and my friend had Noodles with chicken and prawns. We both got about 10 prawns each in our dishes. Both meals were delicious!
First time customer and not disappointed! Generous portions. I had the Shrimp Combo and an Avocado Shake. Both were excellent. Looking forward to trying other menu items.
Great food, friendly staff. They have really good lemon grass beef noodle soup or spicy cashew chicken. Their dessert menu also packs quite a few surprises like the Deep Fried Banana(see picture). The prices are fair and the location is nice and quiet. They have ample parking in the back of the rest
Good variety of dishes at a reasonable price. The food was decent but not outstanding however the portion sizes were terrific. Given 2 of us got out of there at $40 we'd consider going again.
So good! I had the beef brisket noodle soup and the shrimp salad rolls. So so so good. Ken (the owner) is very accommodating. I also love how his son’s artwork covers the walls. Great food, great vibes. Will definitely come back!
A humble local place for delicious Vietnamese food. I had the chicken red curry, and it was delicious, balanced, and for great value. Also, service was super friendly. I'll be going back for more!
I ordered the spicy lemongrass soup with shrimp and it did not disappoint. The broth was light yet flavourful, and broccoli was a nice addition. Will come back to try other menu items!
I’m an incredible picky eater, but this place is phenomenal. The owner was incredibly sweet and kind, the food was amazing and the home drawings around the place made this place feel like a home. Highly recommend it. 10/10
Small cafe with sometimes interesting paintings on the walls, that you can buy. The food was not bad. I take away one star because i prefer more cozy spaces with more room between the tables, but it's ok, a guess.
Owner is extremely attentive and thoughtful. Food is perfect, could not ask for anything more. So much value for the price. Thank you Ken Yu!!
Great food, great service. Amazing art. Lots of happy faces. I will be coming back.
Tried their dinner combo and it was so worth it. Came with soup, spring rolls, curry and rice. And they do have have good vegetarian/vegan option.
Excellent all around. I'm celiac and he had lots of g/f dishes. My new go-to.
Great locla mom and pop place. Order of the wall or get Caramel Fish or 5 spiced Squid. Best in Town! Support local!
Fantastic little spot in Esquimalt. Will be my go to place for a variety of Asian cuisines. Menu has a wide assortment of flavorful dishes, and service was excellent. Very cozy and cheerful atmosphere inside.
Delicious meal, fast and attentive service. I would recommend it. Keep up the good work.
