Excellent Pho. Lots of flavour and fresh ingredients. Don’t be disappointed. Forget the others. Order Pho Nay if you want good Vietnamese soup. They are also on Skip the Dishes.

Pho Nay is another pho place that we sometimes go to due to its convenient location.  I have reviewed many pho restaurants and I find Pho Nay to be slightly above average - decent broth, good noodles, otherwise adequate ingredients.  Consistent in quality over the few visits we have made.  I find the staff to be very friendly and hard working and I like the decor.  I have to add that I am reviewing the place but not the entire menu.  I found the hot and sour soup to be TERRIBLE.  I had it once because a friend posted a picture of it online and I thought it looked good.  It tasted strongly of extremely salty tomato, with chunks of canned pineapple and tomato and tofu puffs.  Maybe it's just not for me but I normally like hot and sour soup and especially disliked their take on it.  So stick to the pho and you'll have a great time.

Just walked in off the street and ordered food to go. Had never heard of the place before. The food was great, with large portions but the service set this place apart. I had a very pleasant chat with a waitress as I waited for my food and was treated very well.

Would definitely recommend this place!

Taste and portion sizes are fine, better than most other pho places.  It's the staff that put this place above the others (unlike that one on Fort where customer service skills are not required).

Authentic Vietnamese Soul Food.
Amazing Pho - you don't even need to add sriracha or hoisin sauce to it

Affordable food and generous portions

New ownership turned this place around.
My new favorite Vietnamese place to eat out!

Pretty good Pho. Large portions, good broth. Can't really go wrong here and one of my favourite crazy waiters in town works here (from Shizen) so that was a nice surprise!

Can't Get Enough!. Every time I go I swear I'm going to try something other than the pho... But I can't! It's just too delicious! The broth is amazing and MSG free and doesn't leave me thirsty for hours after. The resteraunt is gluten and vegetarian friendly and the staff are killing it! A weekly must!

Best Pho in Town. So glad this place finally opened up! Super quick and friendly service with, of course, amazing Pho! The restaurant is cute and quaint and Nay is just the sweetest. I'm definitely becoming a regular!

The pho was really good, great portion, and super affordable compared to most other spots in Victoria. Good service too. Will return for sure when I'm craving pho.

This restaurant used to be called "Saigon Harbour" but are under new ownership. The restaurant is now called "Pho Nay" and it has an updated look to the place. I came in on opening day and the food was great. I had number 20 - Pho Steak and it was delicious! Staff was friendly and service was prompt! Definitely looking forward to another bowl of Pho.

Great service and Great food. Definitely one of mine and my boyfriends favorite places to go. Staff is always very polite and attentive. Food is large portions for the price, I find most Vietnamese restaurants I don't get full at but I am very satisfied when I leave this restaurant everytime! Will definitely be returning and suggesting to everyone I know :)

Great new restaurant. Not usually a huge fan of pho, but I had #5(spring roll and grilled garlic pork) and it was great. Fast service and good food. I'll definitely be back for more.

Location is convenient, small, but clean. Service is much more friendly. Staff speaks VN...feels like we were in VN restaurant, unlike the other VN restaurant around the corner. Pho ga was very good. Bun thit nuong was fair, needed more fresh mint, cilantro...but can ask for it.

Best pho in Victoria hands down. Great friendly service, fresh and very authentic. Actually owned and run by a Vietnamese family. So good.

Pho broth is authentic, service is courteous but why do I have to ask for a bowl to put sauces in? In all other pho places, they're stacked on the table.

The pho is what to get here. Its the only thing I have ever order now because it is just too phonomenal not to get it. I have tried other downtown pho and in my opinion, Pho Nay is the best.

Best pho I have had in Victoria, solid portions, good price compared to anything else downtown, service is friendly and fast, not super busy and plenty of tables.
