I have been coming here for years. I absolutely love the food, the service varies by location and has gone down a bit since they've expanded, but is usually at least as good as can be expected with a place that's so busy.. I recently went in and ordered two burgers with extra sauce as I always have, and they charged an extra $1 per burger for the extra sauce. Considering that the burgers range from $11.5 too $16 it was definitely disappointing to be charged more.. for sauce. You can do better big wheel!

It was the first time that i had burger in this place and i highly recommend everyone . They are super friendly and gave me a great service. The burger was super delicious .

First time I have been in this restaurant, first, I loved the decor/atmosphere, very clean and crisp and very cute.
The sevice was friendly, the food was made in about the time it would to make fresh homemade burgers and fries. The portions were large, and overall delicious. I had napkins in my bag and they offered me ketchup and other condiments.
Overall the experience was great. I also love the fact that they give back to the community with charities.
So yummy! Delicious burgers (forgot to take pictures before we started to eat them) and the portion for fries is huge...we could have split an order between us...but we did our best.😃 Nothing left after!😃

They have a special fund that they create as part of their business to help and support real, local members of your community. Go here! Cool little diner looking burger joint. The burgers felt like they could have been homemade by your grandmother or something (which is a good thing, my grandmother makes good burgers) this place it a little more fast food like than bin4 but it's a bit cheaper too which is nice. Fast service and friendly staff!
This place was way better run than the Westshore location. Food was good. Monthly special, Buffalo chicken burger, was good. They were not yelling at each other in the kitchen!
Starting to thing Big Wheel has the BEST fries...always hot and crispy. Chicken burger is a bit spicy but not too bad... Wish sometimes had non spicy option. Service is always friendly and fast!
First time visit today, had a gift card burning a hole in my wallet. Great burger, perfectly cooked with generous fresh toppings. Had the jalapeno cheese fries, the sauce was well distributed and was on every deliciously hot bite. Didn't disappoint, we will be back soon !
I'll lead with the simple fact it is expensive. It's also seriously proud to be Victorian. Fries and burger were comparable to a Five guys, or Vera's which is to say a solid burger. Like the condiments station. Staff were super friendly, restaurant was clean as well. Love the fact that everything is compostable too! Just moved here and glad to have a decent high end burger option.
