I am so happy to have found this deli! I am Polish at heart and when I moved to Victoria, I missed my Polish food! The service is great, i can practice my Polish and the food choices are amazing! The pierogi are really good and the paczki (Polish donuts) are really good! Better than any Tim Horton's donut! Can't wait to try all the rest Cook & Pan has to offer!

Always walked by the sign and thought "I should go there one day." Today was the day and I was not disappointed. Had the special perogies and sausage which is amazing! Also very friendly staff. The building itself is clean and inviting. Highly recommend!

Went for lunch yesterday and ordered the cabbage roll perogie special. The cabbage roll was the best we have ever had. The donut was also amazing.

Best hidden breakfast in all of Victoria. Skip the lines and wait and eat a delicious local, farm-sourced meal. The staff is well-informed and happy to talk about each menu item. The chef is super friendly and was willing to customize our meal however we liked. We loved every bite and the food was beautiful. Super impressed! Definitely underrated place and worth the wall off the beaten path. Check this place out!

Amazing food and very welcoming staff. Great place to have lunch and the upstairs looked perfect for sharing a coffee and enjoying the fireplace. Can't wait to go back and try their Brunch menu!

Nice small restaurant with a very Polish theme. Nice lady that runs the place and makes guests comfortable. Has an outside patio that one could enjoy meals in warm weather. The potato pancakes were first rate along with the coffee that was served.

Breakfast took a little longer than I was expecting... thankfully it was very tasty. Cute, quaint and the owner was friendly. Recommended if you aren't in a rush, I would visit again.

Went for their first pop-up brunch, and it was amazing! They also make excellent, authentic pierogi, and you can even buy some frozen ones to take home.

Lovely and personable owner/baker and artist. Scone was fresh and tasty, delicious mocha added to our conversations with friends. Look at the variety of illustrations on the walls, and religious iconography.

A beautiful little café with a delicious spread. The hostess/server/cook extraordinaire was charming and friendly, and she even made our lemonade fresh! The pierogies were perfectly cooked and delicious. We will definitely be back for more next time we're in Victoria!

My mom and I went here for brunch this past Saturday. I've been looking for really great Polish food in Victoria and found it here! I had the North Park Hash - everything was delicious. Sausage was excellent! Generous portions as well. I will definitely be going back. Such a cozy place to eat too.

Cook and Pan's weekend brunch is Victoria's best kept secret. Chef Will Powers produces some incredible west coast eats (often with a Polish twist), with much of the produce coming from his own garden. Everything on the plate tastes fresh and is prepared perfectly. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is everything you could want for a relaxing weekend morning. Go here soon and skip the usual Victoria brunch lineups - I suspect it's only a matter of time before there will be lineups down the street here as well.
