A New York style dive bar in the heart of Victoria. From the aged brick walls to the soft yellow lamps, this place has atmosphere for miles.. The food was tasty. I had the Margherita Flat bread for $14 and the Gunslinger cocktail for $16. I enjoyed everything about this place and shall be back for more.

What a great, quirky little spot for drinks. The name makes sense. It's a dark, cool spot downstairs and is totally like a cenote. It was recommended by a bartender in the city for good cocktails and a relaxed vibe and they were right. We had such a great time and the bartenders made great drinks for us. Some classics and a few custom cocktails. Inexpensive as well which is always a bonus. We didn't eat so we can't comment on the food but the menu looked super fun.

Cozy little bar tucked away under the stairs in the heart of downtown. tasty cocktails and great atmosphere. Jess was our server and she went above and beyond to make sure we're having a great time. Great place for a date or to catch up with a friend.

This place always seem busy no matter what day of week it is which is neat to see. I don’t often go bars but this place made come back which is rare for me because I find drinks are good and service is good. The food looks good and also taste good which is helps me come back to them. I would highly recommend checking out this place when you come to Victoria. The only thing that should be improvement is more space to help reduce the wait time for customers which may make more busy in long run.

Casual and laidback place to grab a few drinks and bites with friends. The menu caters to different tastes, and their special drinks are a hit. We went when they had a vanilla grapefruit margarita that went down well with the whole table.
Had this place recommended to me from a list of best nachos in Victoria. Cenote definitely ranks high on the nacho list. The chips stand up and are miles ahead of big name prepackaged stuff. We got a good covering of toppings and the salsa was a standout. Would highly recommend grabbing the nachos if you’re a fan!

The owners are amazing and their staff reflects that. I always have the best time ever. Coupled with the best cocktails, best service and best food. The best gem in Victoria which I will not keep to myself. Do your self a favor and check them out. Now open with earlier hours and doing amazing coffee at sidenote. One of my favorite spots in the city. And for good reason!

Tiffany is the nicest and most appropriately attentive server. Thanks for making us feel welcome! Aside from her, the place is underground, super cozy, and the food was great. Don’t miss the lamb sliders with chèvre and blueberry!
