Very good place, but has room for improvement. The ice cream is delicious and they have a couple of vegan options, but the entrance was quite dirty and the flavor options aren't as many as we expected (they only had around six). Still, they do have numerous flavors in ice cream bottles you can take

There was a selection of Taylor Swift themed ice cream flavours available when I visited, but they cost an additional 50¢. The waffle cone was still warm when served, but not so warm as to melt the ice cream. If I could, I would have given 4.5 stars as the ice cream was amazing but pricey, and kids

We took our family for ice cream and were super impressed with the great quality and quantity of ice cream and the fantastic tasting waffle cones which my 5 year old son stated were the best tasting cone he'd ever had! We frequent Parachute! Nice staff, lovely flavours. Love the lemony flavours (either lemon meringue pie or the lemon cream paired with a chunky flavour, like the oatmeal choc chip). The pomegranate dark chocolate one recently was pretty good too!
Incredible ice cream and incredible value, they serve very generous scoops! Flavours are very well crafted. Lemon Cream could probably win an award. Been there 4 times and will continue to go back.
