We shared nachos with pulled pork. We thought it would be a snack for us but it's a big meal in itself. Didn't end up getting anything else and left stuffed.
Excellent value for money when you factor together the food, location and view.

Very good welcoming service, but they forget some things, like spiciness customizations, dips; it’s understandable because they’re really busy but I’d advise to double check your order verbally before you walk. The best was ceviche for me, tacos are absolutely delicious but I have also had better. These tacos are saucy if you ask for it, which I like and soft shells. Jumbo butter prawns were amazing, but the accompanying rice was a little underwhelming. Altogether, a 3.5-3.8 star dining experience. It is definitely great to try once in a while, but I wouldn’t be a regular here.

Great Mexican food, salmon mango tacos are great on a hot day. Staff were super friendly and happily explained gluten free options. Lovely spot to sit on the wharf and have lunch.

I loved the Salmon mango taco. So delicious. I had it after I had fish and chips and I loved this way more. Super awesome flavors and lovely view. Would come back here just for this next time.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! My food was made quickly and tasted amazing, I had the prawn tacos. When I came back the next day, the man taking my order remembered me and asked how I was doing! I take a star off the atmosphere rating just because there isn’t a lot of seating and it’s pretty crowded. Soda is free refills!

Maybe a bit on the pricey side, but overall friendly service, good food and amazing atmosphere. I liked the mango salmon tacos and the beef was pretty juicy and well cooked.

OVERAL IMPRESSION
I have not been to a food truck in many years. I enjoyed it. This food truck is located at the back of the Royal Museum, Victoria BC and is not listed on Google Maps.

Had enchiladas at the Uptown location today, and wow, have they ever gone downhill :(
Super soggy mushy rice, hardly and chicken to speak of, watery flavorless green salsa. Used to be my go to fir eats at uptown, but never again.

Went to visit the truck at the Buskers Festival this week and ordered the 6 mini tacos with veggie chorizo and potato and spinach. Friendly service, super tasty and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. I would highly recommend trying them out, and don't forget to try the salsa verde it's delicious!

I ordered the quesadilla with potato and spinach today. It also was to have a tomato salsa as well with a side salad. Really disappointed. The spinach side salad had wilted spinach that should have been thrown out. You get some spinach and dressing. That's it by the way. Spinach and bottled dressing. The quesadilla had no spinach or salsa at all. Cheese and potato. The cook smiled at me and gave me the order. Really? Won't eat there again. A rip off.

My rating has to do with the staff-particularly at the uptown location. The girls here were rude and had horrible customer service. One actually rolled her eyes when my boyfriend informed them they ran out of the coke. Very disappointed.
