SO EXCITED! My favourite lunch spot is FINALLY in Victoria!! It's even better than I remember. The staff are so friendly and the location looks amazing inside. Well done. Healthy food. Delicious food. Friendly service. Great location.

Absolutely delicious. I had the Tex Mex Burrito which I would highly recommend. My 9 year old, who does not like burritos, loved it as well. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

Freshii earns a resounding five stars from me! Their diverse salad offerings are a staple of my daily lunch routine, and the experience is always delightful. Solid acceptable place to score lunch. It is fairly healthy, cheaper than the nearby Tractor which has a similar business model, and is fairly speedy.
The food is tasty enough as well, but I find the drinks to be overpriced and they should offer coffer of some type too.
I will also say that although I get they have a million customers there was zero recognition here even after going quite a bit. The staff just don't ever remember or recognize their customers.
Overall, a decent experience but room for improvement.
Two very nice employees helped me and my daughters. We requested items that were on an apparently outdated menu we saw online. But they knew what we wanted and made the meals with items on hand. Most fast food employees would probably not have done that. The food was certainly fresh. Like the name. I will go back next time we’re in town and need something healthier but fast.
Convenient and deliciously healthy food centrally located downtown. Staff are excellent and the restaurant is clean and inviting. Outdoor and indoor seating. Highly recommend if you need a quick bite but don’t want to compromise on quality.
Excellent food, friendly staff, very clean! My girlfriend and I ordered the teriyaki bowl and a fiesta salad. The food was Chris, fresh, delicious, the spices were excellent.
It’s nice to finally go somewhere for “fast food “that is actually healthy and filling. A place that does not break the bank and meet everybody’s needs, whether it’s vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, or other.
Best Burritos in town. Buddha Satay is what I highly reccomend. It’s great to have a healthy place to eat in town
Had the Buddha Satay bowl. Food was tasty and veggies fresh. I like that the brocolli is blanched and small bite sized florets. Love the crunchy wonton bits. Sauce is yummy, could use a little bit more but I’d rather have not enough than swimming in sauce. Staff was friendly and efficient.
UPDATE - got their soup in a ceramic bowl - just wow. Spicy lemongrass broth. Also the coconut chia pudding - sweet healthiness. And since I’m feeding the body goodness, got the Oaxaca bowl as well. And they’re kind enough to hold off on making the mango/strawberry froyo until after we’re done the main course...this is JOY.
Woohoo! Freshii is in town! And it’s got frozen yogurt. And soon to have fat tug beer ;-). It opens up officially this Monday, April 9th at 8 am!!
Update - just had the BiiBlos bowl with both chicken and beef - AWESOME. Hit the spot for a healthy, hearty meal. And yes, I finished off with fro-yo with all the toppings. Yummy. What amazing, friendly staff.
Freshii is an awesome place to get the healthy, delicious fix you're looking for! I got the Teriyaki bowl and Freshii Green smoothie. I loved it! Stunning atmosphere with friendly faces all around. Would highly recommend a visit.
Good food, good service. It's a fast food outlet, so the atmosphere is really not applicable.
I placed a very large to-go lunch order for myself and 9 other colleagues. Yuuto, the employee who helped me, and he went through the list with me to make sure everything was made and he carefully packed it up for me. He even helped carry the order to my car. Absolutely amazing service, above and beyond. Thank you so much!!
I often go there and order foods but tbh, the food quality is 8/10 but the customer service is 10/10! I really like their positive energy! It makes me happy! I’ll come back again for sure.
