Review Wheelies Motorcycles & Cafe - Victoria

One of the all-time gems in the city. Perfect for brunch, lunch, or evening drinks with live music. Definitely a must see in Vic!

Cute place! The food was very yummy. London fog was okay. Overall a great experience!

Great food and atmosphere! Eating in or getting to go the food is consistent and delicious. If I ever don't pack a lunch for work this is my go to spot and I don't think it will change. All the staff are super nice and I've never needed to wait to be seated. They have a little store attached to the restaurant that has some cool and unique finds. Would definitely recommend all of their sandwiches and on the weekends they have skillets which are amazing as well!

Fantastic $4.20 cookie. Skillets...sandwiches...taster tots...and salad! You can't go wrong. Atmosphere and service is awesome.

Urban biker cafe in an industrial area close to downtown. Super cute! Rustic and real. We had the pulled pork sandwich’s with a side of Mac and cheese topped with brisket. Add their hot sauce !! Yum. We also had cocktail drinks and beer. This place is easy and visually fun.

Remarkable! A hidden gem of Victoria. Service, food, vibes all immaculate.

Took a ride down for a coffee and was really impressed with Wheelies. The cafe experience was really cool and the staff was very friendly and helpful in telling us about the menu options and the history of the garage. The coffee was great and the food looked and smelled excellent, I look forward to trying some on a future visit the brunch and lunch options all looked excellent.

Not my usual style of place but staff very friendly food is very nice would recommend if this is your type of place.

The best spot for a yummy sandie and a relaxed atmosphere where people (and bike) watching is prime. Had our small wedding reception here and couldn’t have been happier with the venue and help from start to finish; great size, awesome custom menu and very kind with their space and time. Thank you Nathan and Co :)

Wheelies is a bit of a hidden gem. They have a small menu packed with a little bit of everything leaning on comfort food favorites. They also have a fantastic brunch featuring two or three skillets and excellent sandwiches. Service is great. Order at the bar and sit down. They have beer, cocktails and coffee. You can also buy cool wheelies swag to bring home with you.

Chill spot, motorcycle friendly with lots of parking. The skillet hash is fantastic and the sandwiches are also very good. Not a lot of options but a good hang out, where the food is well above average, and they also serve a good coffee and latte.

Will definitely be coming back more this summer!

One of the best pork sandwich I've has in a long time. Great setup. Live bands play as well, can buy motorcycle gear as well. I recommend go and check the place out

Finally checked it out and was not disappointed. Had the soup, which was really tasty, followed by an almond milk Africano. Really enjoyed the vibes, a surprisingly warm little spot in Rock Bay. You don't have to ride a motorcycle here to feel welcome.

Really good. Neat little hole in the wall. Excellent coffee. Everything had a ton of flavour. It was clean and staff was friendly. Will definitely be back to try some other sandwiches. Had the chorizo this time.

This is a pretty cool place off the beaten path. They have a small menu but everything on it looked delicious. And the sandwich I had was really fresh and flavourful. I like their patio a lot and how the patio just flows into the restaurant. A great lunch spot.
Horsing Around Victoria
There are times when, ensconced in my office, sweating under fluorescent lights, lonely as a tub of Hagen Daz in Amal Clooney’s freezer, I ruminate on the ultimate escape “Easy Rider” style. Sitting astride my hog, clad in a cool leather jacket, my Orwellian work cubicle becomes a faint memory as I tootle down the highway, wind whipping my hair, sun glinting off the chrome gas tank.

My girl and I were in some rando cafe downtown, and the barista told us about a punk show here. Told us that "all the cool people in the city will be there" and "it has a parking lot".
Getting there, it was absolutely everything I have ever wanted from a live music event. Music was super phenomenally great, the crowd was high energy. Honestly one of the highlights of our summer.
The vibes from the venue itself are super chill with a side of badassery.
Their green tea is 10/10.

Amazing feel in this place....it is perfectly designed and the location adds to its palpable hip-ness. Will return again and again. This in addition to incredible food. Genius.

So many good things. They,ll fix you a sandwich then fix your bike.

It is easy to find a good coffee and it is easy to find a good sandwich but not easy to find both in one place. Wheelies has both. We shared a grilled cheese with house made hot sauce and the Pulled Pork. Delicious. Lastly, good free parking. Brilliant.

All revved up for my next trip to Wheelies!. Today was my first of many visits to this place, I hope. As so many things on the menu looked appealing, I decided to order three appetizers for a very modest sum, and was not disappointed. Everything arrived quickly, and there was more than enough food for a hearty lunch. The soup was sumptuous, the simple salad was jam-packed with flavour, and the mac 'n' cheese honestly left me speechless. What is their secret??? The quirky location, good vibes and amazing food will keep me coming back for MORE!

First Time = AWESOME!!!. A buddy recommended that we got to Wheelies for lunch today and I was throughly impressed. The Cafe itself has one of thee best vibes if not the best in the city. The staff was amazing and the food!!! Well without a doubt it was the highlight of the place. I had the Chorizo sandwich and was left wanting to order a second one and a third one. Cannot wait to come back.

Best. Cool spot. Even better location. The sandwiches I had stood up to how much I've heard about them. I feel bad for them though; knowing they have to deal with all the stuffy business'y kooks that go out for lunch in the rock bay / bridge street area.

What a find!. This little gem is nestled in a very unassuming industrial area of Victoria. Wheelies is a motor cycle repair shop / bistro. The interior is very funky with great windows, lots of reclaimed wood, and retro decor. My Husband had the Pulled Pork sandwich which he thought was off the charts..........Did not hurt that he was able to wash it down with a cold beer. I ordered the soup of the day which was Carrot Ginger, and was really happy with the flavours and the generous serving size. Total bonus for me was they carry my favourite tea Silk Roads. The service was really friendly. Look forward to going back and trying the Ice Cream Sandwich!

Good food but so slow!. This is a cool little spot, but I don't think they're set up for the amount of business they're getting. From the time I ordered at the counter, it took 40 minutes to get a sandwich! It was a delicious sandwich, but not worth that kind of wait. All the ingredients were prepared ahead of time, so it shouldn't take that long. Hopefully they figure it out, cause it'd be a great place to grab lunch while at work (if you could get your food during a 45 min lunch break).

Loved it. Friendly staff, really cool atmosphere, local everything. Really nice chicken sandwich and brownies. Very happy. Will return.

From Wheelies. Not only is Wheelies Motorcycles a 60's inspired full service motorcycle shop specializing in vintage style bikes, but is also a gourmet eatery where we take great pride menu, which is made up of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that are ever changing to bring a unique, fresh take on traditional and classic items.

Located in Victoria's industrial Rock Bay neighborhood, we hope you come by, say hello, and give us a try :)

This little café on Rock Bay Rd. is the epitome of a “hole-in-the-wall, didn’t know this was here, man this is good” kind of place. It’s a motorcycle repair shop come café come funky hangout spot. Their menu is limited to a few starter items such as mac and cheese, four different sandwiches, and an ice-cream sandwich for dessert. They’re licensed too so you can enjoy a double Caesar out on the sexy Astroturf covered patio (yes that’s right sexy Astroturf, hey at least that’s what they thought in the 80s) while enjoying the pasttime of Rock Bay people watching. I ordered the pulled sesame chicken sandwich ($9). It was prepared in about 5 minutes or so and was served to us on a wooden cutting board. The sandwich was packed with meat, and the toasted ciabatta bun it was served on was crispy, fresh, and not too chewy. Th

At the cafe you can saddle up to the barstools, tuck into the booth or, if the weather is stellar, get sun-baked on their patio..The menu is simple and the food is great. Cibatta sandwiches, macaroni & cheese, a salad and a soup.
