I moved to Victoria for a year and had tried different sushi restaurants. Sushi Plus is by far the best one I have experienced. It's a warm and cozy dining environment and with authentic Japanese cuisine and decoration. Great service and good value as well, and I will keep going until maybe one day
Authentic Japanese fare, at affordable prices and the best damn sunomono in Victoria. The place is straight out of Japan, mom and pop shop. Meal pictured was 6$ and although the sushi is presented roughly it’s actually quite charming. Plus the wasabi is legit. Best casual Japanese eatery in Vic!
If you're after a fancy atmosphere don't come here. But this place is extremely memorable and has serious character and charm, in my opinion. Great hand drawn menus, fun art and miscellaneous things on the walls. The prices are seriously great, and you shouldn't expect the finest sushi the city had

Probably the best value restaurant in town. Sushi snobs stay away. Good vegetarian options. Odd choices some times, such as firm tofu for agedashi tofu, but tasty overall. The staff is friendly and the place has a lot of character. Hole-in-the-wall goodness.
