My sweet tooth partner loves it 😋 🇬🇧☕London Fog 4⭐ To be fair, I'm not a fan of bubble tea but it's good in my opinion 🍱: The portion of the big one is for 2pax. Unless you can normally finish extra large drinks ⌛: The wait time is quite fast, to be honest. 👥: Service, is good and fast. Staffs are friendly and approachable.

I got the tropical tornado and taro milk tea. The boba at this place is perfection - uniform, a good size, and they give you enough to last the entire drink. The taro milk tea is delicious and an order you can't go wrong with. The tropical tornado was a little sweet and had more of a laffy taffy banana flavor, if that's your thing. Overall, it was a great stop to get your boba fix.

One of the best bubble tea spots with amazing flavours and generous portions of boba. Got soy milk taro, pineapple and lychee bubble tea. Service was great and helpful

Lots of flavour and modification options. They offer oat, almond, soy and coconut milk alternatives at no extra cost. Their tapioca is consistently very good! Slightly chewy, bouncy, and not stuck together. Staff are friendly and store front is clean. My favourite bubble tea spot in Vic so far. Also good prices! All flavours are the same price ($7 for a small and $8 for a large). I definitely recommend.

Personally I don't enjoy the typical boba- pearls! This bubble tea place has the options for milk alternatives, tapioca pearls and jellies! There's many choices of drink flavours and even a few jelly flavours! The jelly is essentially cold jello in little rectangle sizes. I get the Polar Bear drink, and got it with strawberry jellies as you see in the photo! Some drinks are sweeter than others but theoretically customizable! There's 2 sizes I believe a 12 oz and a 16 oz, the prices vary by $1 or $2. Sometimes there's long lines but it's completely worth it especially on a hot day!

I absolutely adore this bubble tea place! The line can sometimes be a tad bit long, but whatever... it's downtown Victoria. The service here is exquisitely unbelievable. Every barista can remember your order and gets to making your drink immediately. They have so many choices on their menu and a well-decorated place. I'd recommend this bubble tea place!

The best Bubble Tea anywhere. The only downside is that they close early sometimes with no warning. A couple of times I drove there and they were closed but they were still inside but the doors were locked.

Amazing bubble tea! every. single. Time. It's always incredible tasting and I bring dates there all the time! The service is incredible and soo friendly, the jokes made there with the bartenders always make my day! The actual venue is a little strange, no seats and an extremely long line but it's worth it in my opinion, also the venue is packed with wall decor fun incense keychains and lip balm that you can buy! It's a very distinct Victoria gem and I recommend it to anyone who comes here

Hands down, best bubble tea I've ever had. I never wanted it to end it was so delicious and I could drink it all day for the rest of my life. The atmosphere is so cute and funny but tasteful and I like the housewares and other products they sell. The service was very attentive and patient but the orders were done fast and well. The menu is full of interesting options and is so fun to read that you almost get distracted and forget why you're there. I got the Dragonfly milk tea I believe and it tasted like it was made from real quality ingredients. Would love to go here again.

This is BY FAR my FAVORITE place...noone...I mean NOONE does bubble tea as good as they do! & I have tried bubble tea all across Canada. Nothing compares...some have come close but never beat The Bubble Tea Place!

This place was worth the impulsive stop for a bubble tea. The owner was such a kind gent, who was so knowledgeable and helped me figure out a new drink that I’d love. Super patient and made a stellar warm bubble tea for me! Loved it. Place would be worth sitting in and having your drink there. Great atmosphere and right in Chinatown. So glad I stopped in and experienced this spot. Cheers from ontario !

A super cool bubble tea shop in the heart of Victoria’s Chinatown. We got the Polar Bear (vanilla + coconut) and a matcha flavour! So many options of hot and cold drinks to try, with off menu “pop up” flavour combinations too! The staff were friendly and gave great service. I will be sure to come back next time I visit Victoria.

Have gone here on and off for many years and never once been disappointed. Wonderful staff, great bubble tea (the cups are usually warm on the bottom from the pearls) and a fun atmosphere. Check out the penny dragon on the floor!

There are many options here and the menu is very expansive so you may have a hard time picking. The drink was tasty - green tea milk taro and papaya. Definitely had a strong papaya flavor. Pros: the pearls were very fresh, warm sweet and chewy. The prices are all the same from 5 to 7 dollars (for a large) It appeared most drinks used syrups so don't expect fresh fruit teas/slushes - although it reminds me of bubble teas in the earlier years. Line up veryyy long (it's popular place) but the bubbleteastas work very quickly and efficiently.

it was a very quite busy when I went but service was really good and the line moved pretty quick as well! I enjoyed the new and uniques flavours of drinks they had. the atmosphere was also really great, enjoyed it for my first visit there

Best bubble tea I ever had! I used to go there all the time when I lived in Victoria. Now I have tried so many bubble tea place (vancouver, France, Switzerland) but nothing is as good as Panacea!

The atmosphere is great, the people are awesome and the bubble tea is fantastic. However, the damn MUSIC is always either this awful simpering pop or hip hop, like the DJ is in 9th grade, and they blast it so loud I cant even think. And that brings my appraisal of it way down.
