I came here today for lunch with a group of 7 people around 3pm. The service was good and our waitress was excellent. The food was good. The shrimp popcorn is very delicious. There are vegetarian options as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. Good experience overall.
First off I would like to say we were seated pretty quickly.
Our table wasn't even wiped clean. We waited 25 minutes for server and water. After we ordered our food it came in a reasonable timely fashion. I've been going to this location of Red Robin for quite a few years. We have had many birthday parties there for my children. I don't see a problem with coming back again. At this point in time I wasn't impressed with our service after being seated.
Typical burger place that's more upscale than your normal fast food joint. Burgers were good, but I wouldn't label this as gourmet anytime soon. With the price tag, the burger comes with bottomless sides, albeit it's only applicable for dine-in.
A delightful lunch enjoyed at a slightly lower price with a birthday coupon. The Whiskey River BBQ, Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger and Onion Rings were all perfect. Coke refills are more pleasing. The friendly and attentive server made the meal time enjoyable. I went right at opening time, but soon a lot of people came. There is a large parking lot in the back, so don't worry about parking.
The teriyaki chicken sandwich flew off my plate and the peach-berry freckled lemonade really quenched my thirst. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Caitlyn and the rest of the staff were very sociable and pleasant.
All around, great dining experience.
Great burger! I have a dairy allergy and our server Renee helped us navigate the menu with ease. She was friendly and really fast with our order. The BBQ whisky river burger was stellar 🙂 will be back again

Staffs are accommodating and food is always served fresh and scrumptious! Whenever we come here to dine, it’s always a great experience. I also do work in a hotel and whenever I do concierge I always add this to my recommended place.
My children love the freckled lemonade!
And I love how they have plastic straws!!
For the kids menu I like how the ice cream is included. My kids say that this is one of their favourite restaurants!❤️

We have been here multiple times, and always try new things when we come. Servers are always professional and personable. The bottomless poutine is excellent (and may be highly addicting) and we have not had a single bad experience. When family comes into town, we take them here too and they are always impressed. We are lucky to have a Red Robin in town.
It's been a few years since I've had Red Robins since they packed it up in Alberta. It was hit and miss but I still loved eating there. We couldn't leave BC without hitting up Red Robins at least once for memory sake. This visit was awesome and hit the spot and made us miss Red Robins even more. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh, kids loved the mac and cheese. Can't forget the cheesy random decor to top off the visit down memory lane. Red Robins will be another place added to our list of places to visit while in Victoria, while it's not perfect, it still hits just right like we were back in Edmonton.
I Went here last night for my niece 20th birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊 🎂 she had fun! The place was pretty busy but not a long wait for our food. The strange part was half of our tables food showed up 15 minutes before the next half so we watched them eat then they watched us. The Server was really friendly and attentive put up with our needy table and keps a smile on. I love they have bottomless drinks and sides my nephewwas finally full haha! There was a little bit of rubbish on the floor and the bathroom was a bit dirty but other than that we had a good time. The total was $400 for 9 people with wine , drinks and meals + two Meals for takeout is pretty good! The pickles were a bit soggy and was the only thing left when we left. Thanks again!
I had a great time here for lunch, I enjoyed the Whiskey River burger, it's always great. Only issue was that the fries were extremely salty, more than I could tolerate. Everything else was great.
