It was the most delicious place during my 10-day trip to Canada. Discovering a delicious restaurant in a quiet rural town. The locals already knew about it and were lining up to eat it.

Finally found the best BC roll in town!! (After trying so many sushi restaurants - rolls are often too loose and too much salmon meat) Cadboro bay roll is great too but the portion is a bit small as a specialty roll. Will definitely come back to try other items!
Pos: Friendly staff, free parking, easy to find, nice interior, food was fresh, and service was quick. Bathroom was clean.
Their octopus and squid dishes was the main reason why I gave 5 stars. Very fresh, not chewy and delicious. A hallmark of a good sushi restaurant.

This place is fantastic. Two times I have been here when I was feeling very down in the dumps. Both times I picked up the sushi and went to eat it by the water. The taste was exquisite and made me feel much better. 2/2 is 100% - numbers talk! Highly recommend.
Great sushi experience! Food was incredibly tasty. We had some miso soups, tempura, Guoza, islander roll and the upland roll. Great friendly and fast service. Definitely recommend and will be returning!
Such an amazing sushi restaurant my daughter and I have been going here since she was 3 and we still love it all of their sushi is so high quality unlike other restaurants where it's 90% rice. I would really recommend.
