Always been a fan of Ramen and to have found this place it was awesome. Went in there late at night it wasn't busy so it's nice and the place was quite, comfortable and cozy. The food was nice I enjoyed it and the service was great as well had a lovely time with my friends.

Probably the best ramen I've had outside of Japan. Rich flavorful broth, and properly cooked noodles. I hate overcooked noodles with no bite. Great and quick service.

A good place to eat ramen and drink a little cocktail at the same time. I wasn't a fan of my chicken ramen but it was my choice however I loved my son's, this restaurant is open quite late which is convenient! I recommend even if I find it a little more expensive than elsewhere 👍

Went with an acquaintance who was treating me and the food and service is exemplary. The egg & chashu is on point; my favorite is that this place offers kaedama (ramen noodle only refills) which many other ramen shops here in Victoria does not provide. I really hate wasting broth but sometimes I don't want to drink straight out half a bowl's worth. With kaedama, you feel more satiated and the extra helping of noodles soaks up the extra broth so whatever's left is less salty and rich which makes it easier to slurp down. Next time if I were to go with my usual friends or alone, I'd skip the matcha & sake. Nothing wrong with drinks & dessert but in my personal dime, I would rather order two different types of ramen and do kaedama on both; to me it would be a better value for a good experience. Now I know why this place received accolades on their menu. Definitely will try to come back here more often even if it's a little out of my way for errands.

A ramen restaurant (obviously) in the Chinatown district of Victoria, just north of Swans pub. From the outside, you might expect a small place with a few booths, but once indoors, you find it's a good-sized restaurant with many tables. They offer the usual selection of ramen dishes, but if you don't want to eat the usual large bowl of ramen, they offer smaller bowls during happy hour (4-5 pm and 9 pm- close). The shio tonkotsu ramen was excellent, as was the citrus ramen I had as a salad. Surprisingly, for being located downtown, it wasn't crowded with tourists, a plus for me. It's a very good spot for ramen in Victoria.

The service was great, I ordered vegetarian Ramen which was alright. Maybe not my taste but the portion was huge. The cocktail was really good. My recommendation would be, if you can't eat much and you go during happy hours, order a single person portion from the happy hours menu. It's more than enough to fill you up.

I was wanting to try a ramen joint while I was on the island and I'm happy to say this place didn't disappoint! The atmosphere is very cool my girlfriend and I both loved the aesthetic layout of the restaurant. The service was great and so was the food and drinks. We went during happy hour so we got to try a couple things at a very affordable price. I'll definitely be back when I next visit Victoria!

Atmosphere and menu were super cute! The staff were really friendly, but service was kinda slow. Took a while before some came and took our order and had to wait a bit before food came out. But the food was definitely worth the wait! We ordered the Shio Tonkotsu, Tori, and Shoyu Gyokai! Soup was very flavourful and the sous-vide chasu was amazing. My favourite part was the egg, it was perfectly cooked!! Yolk was nice and soft boiled.

Everything about this place is great. My mum and I had the old fashioned vegan noodle bowl and it was incredible, service was warm and endearing, and the atmosphere was really lovely. Recommending to everyone!

Good basic ramen with flavourful salty broth . Wish there were more supplemental toppings (ie. bamboo shoots, onion, etc) as my bowl felt pretty bare but for a quick meal this hit the spot

One of the top Ramen Restaurants in Victoria. The décor is pleasing with single seating available at the bar and the "tall table". The table setting is nicely done with traditional Japanese dishes. The Tonkatsu Ramen is exceptional (for Canada). The noodles are cooked appropriately and the broth is rich and tasty. The Chashu (pork) is tender. Ask for the garlic flakes if that is to your taste. The gyoza was slightly disappointing. The wrap was a bit chewy and the contents bland. I suspect that they may have been previously frozen. There is a great selection of Japanese beverages including beer and my favourite, Shochu (Shoju). Emo shochu is especially pleasing if one can get past the strong fragrance. I prefer it on ice but it makes a great winter warmup drink when heated. Our party of four was attended to by efficient and friendly staff. We ate early and noticed the restaurant filled up very quickly as the evening progressed. MAKE RESERVATIONS! Second visit. Arrived early with no reservations and restaurant filled up quickly afterward. Excellent ramen and definite improvement in quality of the gyoza.

I absolutely adore Ghost Ramen! Their cocktails are uniquely delicious, and they offer a great selection of approachable beers. What never fails to impress me are their generous portion sizes. The noodles they serve are locally sourced, fresh, and of top-notch quality. Whether I’m at the bar or a table, whether it’s for happy hour or a full meal, their quick and friendly service ensures that I savor every bite.

Had the vegan bowl for ~$22 and it was tasty. Prices are fairly high here, but can be worth it for a treat.

Run.. don’t walk! Everything about Ghost is amazing! The cocktails are so delicious and unique. The happy hour specials are absolutely insane- big portions of food and drink for extremely reasonable prices. We’ve ordered ghost on door dash a few times and the ramen makes it all the way to Royal Bay STILL tasting delicious. I could not recommend Ghost more!
