I don't know much about Vietnamese food. But I really enjoyed the food here, the service is very kind and the price is good.
I like spicy food and they have it.
I like pho. The soup taste is perfect. It's not strong herbs taste. I liked it. The spring roll was savory and crispy.

I had the best rice paper rolls here!!! We didn’t order anything else as we just wanted something light. I highly recommend. They were something else. Sooo good. I’ll be dreaming about them until I go back. 💗
Great service and food served piping hot. The large Pho Chin Nac (Brisket) keeps me full for the rest of the day. High quality Ingredients and good sized portions. There’s a number of good Pho restaurants, but Pho Vy is consistently the best.
I have been searching for a good bowl of Bun Rieu since I moved from Ontario (I live in Calgary) and after 6 years of searching, I finally found it! I ordered take out and got my food in less than 10 mins. The staff were super nice and courteous. I walked 20 mins back to my hotel and the food was still piping hot and fresh, it must’ve been very well packed. The soup is flavourful, the seafood tasted fresh, overall I am extremely happy. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for some traditional Vietnamese food!
The place was busy and the soup was delicious. Quick turn around so you can pop in for a lunch on short notice. Vermicelli combos are also a good change up to pho. Worth a try.
Good service and decent cuisine. A good choice if you want to have some pho, also can recommend trying their special Tra Da tea.
It is a small, warm restaurant. It has many options for customers and vegetarians. I ordered "Bun Bo Hue" that serves with a lot of beef, and the meat balls are yummy. Like them!
_About the flavour, it is slightly adapted to Western flavors (I.e., less salty)
_Customer service is good, serve food quickly. I just had to wait less than 10min.
the guy who served us was really nice and funny, the pho itself was very nice, a little bland but they ahve a variety of sauces to add.
the meat was nice and tender and fresh, thank you so much!
From all the viet places Ive been to over the years, this one had the most tender and tasty meat by far in the bun bo hue. I would recommend the dish to anyone looking for authentic viet food, i just wish it came with purple cabbage! It was amazing still, one of the best ive had. If you’re visiting Victoria, do not miss this place!
I was greeted and seated quite promptly by the friendly staff and was provided a recommendation for their house special Bun Bo Hue. It came out extremely quickly considering how steadily busy the restaurant was with walk-in customers. Overall great dish, good value, and worth checking out the other dishes.
The servers are nice and friendly.
The food always tastes so good.
The food was tasty and the service was fast. We came with a larger group of 6 but they were able to accommodate us quite easily. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the customer service, it was very pushy and it felt like they were trying to get us in and out as fast as possible. They would come over every 20 seconds to ask if we were ready to order when we had just sat down and as soon as one bowl was taken away they were giving us the bill and asking us to pay.
The food again was great but feeling rushed after a really long day sightseeing wasn’t a great feeling.
I am not a Pho connoisseur by any means, but I definitely enjoyed this simple but very flavorful pho. I had the basic beef version for lunch, and it was plenty of food, and served extremely quickly. I liked the sliced Jalapenos served with the bean sprouts to enhance the soup. I will be back.
The staff took great care to seat our group of six in their cute little restaurant. I believe the owner served us and he was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humour. The food was delicious, best pho I’ve had in Victoria - tasted just like in Vietnam. I’ll be back for sure!
