This is such a lovely, quaint place for afternoon tea and much more! The service was beyond excellent. The location is amazing with oceans views and huge windows, not to mention all the character inside the tea house, which I believe is a designated heritage building. A Victorian era with the amazing decor set out for the period. From beautiful tea pots and amazing food, it makes this place #1 on my list. Also, there is parking!!!

My boyfriend took me here and it was charming and quaint. We had a beautiful room with a full view of the entire harbor. We had a private outdoor terrace and it was cozy and quiet. We loved the breakfast tea service as the scones, preserves, and breakfast selections were really delicious as were the tea assortment and coffee. The location was central to everything in a very elegant area of the peninsula. The Burchart Gardens and the tea service were our favorite attractions but most of the places we ate had very well prepared food. The people here were very polite and the town is very clean. We enjoyed this visit very much and hope to be back again

My wife and I had high tea at the tea house. The Winter offering on the menu was exceptional. The Pumpkin and London fog scones were fresh and delicious. The tea was perfect with the sandwiches and scones. The delightful staff are well informed on the menu and all of the items served. It made for a wonderful afternoon.

I have always enjoyed their service and food. The view is amazing and they have decorated nicely for the holidays! We enjoy the trainee server’s super funny character and incredible service ! (Steve ) as well as a couple people who led us to the table and brought us the tea! Amazing staff there ! Oh, also love the food ! And the Mimosas!

Went for afternoon tea, the staff were very friendly and took the time to go over the menu and answer any questions. If you get a chance to visit during the holiday season I highly recommend! Absolutely stunning when all the lights are on!

Delightful afternoon tea with a fantastic atmosphere. The food was delicious; the salmon pinwheels and scones especially noteworthy. Welcoming and friendly staff. I look forward to visiting again the next time I am in Victoria.

I booked high tea here with my husband. We had a fabulous time enjoying the grounds, the beautiful and historical interior. The food was the best I have ever tasted at a high tea! Everything was fresh and so tasty!

Lovely place for high tea! Scenic and located in front of the waterfront, plus a dog friendly patio! Being able to share high tea with my furry companion made my trip to Victoria much more special and memorable 🥰💖 Had the west coast high tea with more seafood selections, everything tasted fresh! Had the wu yin rock tea, wasn’t as dark as I’d prefer but lovely nonetheless

We had tea at this beautiful historic spot. We had traditional and west coast, and while both were wonderful, we especially loved the west coast offerings. I ordered the Mystic Rainforest tea and loved it so much that I bought extra to take home. Definitely a great family treat if you are in the area. We left stuffed!
