Went here half an hour before closing on April 10th with family after bar hopping, and got the best service and the best pierogis I've ever eaten. Next time we make it up to Victoria, we will be stopping in for a fix! I can still taste the Rude Boy on my tongue!
Tried Sult for the first time tonight - WHY did I wait SO long!? BEST pierogis I’ve EVER had, the service was top notch, and the Caesar was amazing! Although it took longer than anticipated for the food to arrive, it was fresh, hot and mouth watering. I had the sampler plate - Every pierogi was an adventure! I’m looking forward to trying more of the menu. This place checks all the foodie boxes on my list - well done! �
Growing up i thought moms perogies were delicious. This place is amazing and i highly recommend it to everyone. Staff are dope, good atmosphere and great cocktails
We had the sampler, garlic fries and a few beers. The pierogies were awesome, the fries were so good we ordered a second order. Staff was very friendly and engaging. I would highly recommend trying this place.
I waited in anticipation for Sült to open years ago and now I don't know what my life would be without it. Such fantastic food, the special features are always worth trying and the service is always great. Whenever anyone is looking for a recommendation on where to eat in Victoria, I direct them here. My only complaint is that I miss the smoked salmon pierogies!

I had a great experience at Sült! The staff was inviting, I left my order in their hands by taking the gentleman's favourite dish and I'm glad I did,my pint was cold, my food was great! Definitely have told my friends and customers about it!

I was looking for something a little different while celebrating my Birthday in Victoria BC and was told to check out this place. Couldn't have been better. Did the seven pierogie sampler and liked every one. Cool people and really good food!

Really good! We came here for a late night eat an hour or two before closing. Staff was super nice and accommodating and food was really good! I have a lot of dietary restrictions/allergies and they had food I could eat without any negative reaction! Great playlist playing too!
We loved it ! Everything was delicious, you could tell it was house made. 10/10 would recommend. Great portion sizes on the mains and fair market prices.

Very much enjoyed a recent visit and service. Odd that they ran out of white wine (early) that night. Somewhat disappointed by inconsistent sear on pierogies and extremely tough exterior to otherwise tasty meatballs (maybe intentional?). Sauerkraut bland (I've actually made better at home). Apparently we missed news of the sour cream shortage; we were allotted a few thimbles full. Confusing menu; many ways to order the same thing but at different prices. Pierogi flavors very successful. Caesar cocktail very good.
Wow! I was looking for a place with good poutine, and I sure did find it! They've got several versions of Canadas national dish. I chose the spicy one. Great taste, great heat.
Good selection of Canadian beers and the atmosphere was great.
This is by far the best perogies you'll ever have in your life!

If you're looking for authentic tasting pierogies this is the place with a variety of potato delights, and the poutine was on point. Sea Cider Rum Runner is one of my new favorites!

Ordered the Pierogi Sampler, Dude Where's My Diner?, Pierogi Poutine, Borscht, and the Hulk Smash Pierogis. Every single bite of all the dishes was fantastic.
The pierogi sampler was delicious, a little bit of everything for the indecisive or curious, like myself. The hulk smash pierogis were so tasty I had to order more! A little spice with every bite
Dude where's my diner? was everything French toast, buffalo chicken, pierogis could be. The bacon confit was a beautiful touch, the cream cheese complimented everything nicely, and the jalapeño-bacon chutney tied it all together. I cannot say enough good things about this dish
The borscht was to die for. It was rich and smooth, the cabbage and beets played beautifully together and every bite was a treat.
Finally, the poutine was also very good
I highly recommend a stop here for whatever tickles your fancy!! My only complaint was sold out hats! I was very much looking forward to being a tourist and promoting my favorite pierogi bar! Oh well, this works too!!
The pierogis are pretty darn good! They have a variety of choices to choose from as well.. we even tried one of the chicken burgers and it was absolutely delicious.. definitely a must try! 🥰
The 'Hulk' is our favourite but every time we visit there's something new to try- and it's always amazing. The creativity and culinary skills are obvious. They love the food they cook & have a lot of fun with it.
Sult is our go to & the #1 place I recommend to visitors. The menu suits "I'm peckish" to "I'm so hungry I could eat a horse". The food & service are consistent and solid.
My dental hygientist who was born and raised in Victoria said I must eat here when I mentioned to her my spouse and I were going to Victoria on vacation.
She was right. Delicious pierogies. We had two samplers with sour cream and sauer kraut and wine. 👍👍
Wow! What a cool and unique experience. Pierogis are amazing. So flavorful and different. Putine was the best we tried in Canada. A local favorite...thanks bus driver Malcolm for the recommendation!
This is the absolute best restaurant. Service was 10/10, food was 10/10 amazing. We talked about selling our place and moving closer so we could eat here more often.

Probably the best meal out I’ve had all year. The Parmesan Pierogie plate had delicious bites of various things and the flavours worked great. I stuffed myself accidentally it was so good and can’t wait to go back and try more of the dishes.

Small plates at a reasonable price, so we were able to try a couple of different flavors, even when we were not very hungry.

A vegan dream! Many different options: vegan pierogies, poutine with vegan cheese, and interesting creative dishes. All tasted amazing! Lots of drink options too, including a vegan Cesar. We had the Beyond Brat Sausage, the vegan vision with pierogies, and vegan poutine.
Funky groovy cool. Our order took a while but service was very attentive so yeah, the kitchen was backed up for one reason or another. Food delish.

Absolutely delicious. I've been here on multiple occasions and everytime it's a perfect experience. Friendly and accommodating staff, delicious drinks, and incredible food! They rotate their specials and most of them are to die for. 10/10 recommend!
