Amazing, my second trip to the island and I had to return, a lovely location, best coffee I’ve ever had in BC, and the pastries are divine for an afternoon chat with a friend! Great friendly service too from the staff, clean and tidy inside eating area with more food to pick from. Toilets were exceptionally clean also! Really wished I lived on the island!
This is a very nice place, there’s a friendly vibe, great coffee and treats and food. They forgot to put in some public wifi, which is a bit of a pain. Overall really nice place and I enjoy going going there and recommend it. :)
Their sandwiches are pretty good! The soup was interesting too! Tried some of their pastries and one chocolate pastry and apricot leaf was really good! The mocha tart didn’t have much coffee taste, but it was good. Gonna try more of their stuff in the future!
One of my go-to places for lunch or to grab a morning brioche bun when I’m in Victoria.
Best chai latte I’ve ever had and I love the Primavera panini.

This place was quaint, spacious, and served a great cappuccino and a delicious Florentine dessert akin to almost a citrus-like almond roca. I highly recommend stopping by for a to-stay beverage as their staff are abundant, pleasant, and ready to serve. They ask that you just leave your dishes on the tables as there is no customer access point for dirty dishes!
An excellent place to pick up something delicious to eat on the go. Also, a great selection of European savouries and treats to share with others.
Great location and beautiful patio seating area. Ordering food is a little difficult cause the staff seem to have trouble with the ordering computers, so expect to wait to place an order and then wait again to get your order. The gelato is very good, the baked goods are just okay and are expensive.
What a great find! Not only did they have delicious caffeinated beverages and treats, but an amazing selection of cheese, deli meats, fresh baked breads and savoury accompaniments! We got some wonderful cheese from Quebec for fondue, and are excited to try the wild boar sliced meat!
Staff are very friendly! It can get busy, so be patient, it is worth the wait!
Really 4 1/2 stars. One of the few places to find ricotta salatta in Victoria. Always leave with a few things I hadn’t intended to buy 🤣. Their breads are fantastic (go early) and all the varieties of olives, meats, cheese and specialty goodies to make your charcuterie platter sing! Service can be a bit chaotic, but Ottavio’s ever changing menu means there’s always something new to try and something for everyone! A great outdoor patio in warmer weather.
