James Bay Inn Pub - Victoria - Photo album

Had a great time. The alcohol prices were so reasonable. The service was awesome. The food was really good. The fries were hot and delicious. I had the BLT but in a wrap. It was a little small but tasty. We plan to back in a couple weeks for brunch! My Mom loves waffles. This will probably be my and
We've been coming here for years and the food and service have always been great. Like everywhere else, they have been faced by increased prices, and so you can expect some increases. This has happened but some of the increases have been OTT! The stir fry used to be $16? and is now $20, a 25% increa
We have been visiting JBI for years, on a weekly basis when the Sunday Night Football season is in play. Its definitely a pub where many of the faces are the same locals who come daily or weekly. They make possibly the best dry ribs in town. Prices are reasonable. The serving staff (whom we have als
The best neighborhood local in Victoria, the JBI is the true embodiment of everything a neighbourhood local should be. The food is great, with a nicely updated menu! The drinks are still generously sized and well made. The staff, are fun and cheerful in their interactions, and efficient in their
We love this place! The food is always good here (try the sweet potato fries), Portions are generous and prices are reasonable. This is our "go to" place.
I enjoyed this place a lot! It has a great atmosphere in the pub. Service was ontop of everything from refills to food orders we were well taken care of. Food wasn't greasy, tasted good all happily be returning again soon!
Great atmosphere for a neighborhood pub. Love the mix of traditional and sports bar.
I felt really at home here. It feels like a real pub. Friendly without being pushy. Good range of local beers and my wife enjoyed a Chardonay and an excellent chowder. As an aside they had two dart boards that were in use. I would happily visit again.
I had the chicken pot pie with fries and my friend had the steak sandwich. I thoroughly enjoyed meal and so did my friend. Very reasonably priced. Our waitress was great, she was on her game. It was fairly busy for a Wednesday night which was good to see. Even so busy we didn't wait for our drinks a
I always have enjoyed my visits to this local pub. Good food, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere.
Good food, reasonably priced, and excellent service. Kid-friendly. Highly recommend.
I think I ate or drank here every day during my stay. It was convenient and, more importantly, the food was exceptional. Everything was made in-house and you could tell! The service was exceptional and made the experience so much fun. It appears that the pub is a local watering hole and creates a co
Great vibes, tasty food and amazing service. Mr. Peacock 🦚 out back was pretty cool too!
Good food, good service, nice quiet place to enjoy dinner.
It's got an old familiar feel. I havnt seem many younger people frequent this place. Then again it's always a Saturday afternoon when we go. My roommate Joel takes me there sometimes. We gamble and he orders something. Jack is super great and hospitality it on point as he brings us our drinks later
It’s a quaint little spot that’s been around for a very very long time. The prices a reasonable and the menu is great. Definitely get the seafood linguine!! It is magnificent!! 👌🏼 They also have a prime rib dinner deal every Sunday. Tell Victor (bald with glasses bartender) Dino sent you. Cheers 🍻
Classic old neighborhood watering hole where all the locals come for cheap beer and good food. And the beer is still great, but nice and inexpensive. Open til 11 and worth a visit when the snootier places close at 10.
The food was excellent, the service from Corrie was immaculate. There was a short haired lady that was rude but other than that, it was amazing! Will definitely be back to see my girl Corrie!!!
