One of the best places in Victoria for food! Top quality ingredients makes their food unbelievable! My recommendations would be the caesar salad for sure, either the ravioli (it is so popular and it is made fresh every day, they run out pretty quick!) Or the spaghetti and meatballs!!!! AMAZING!! Not just a great dinner place but late night bites and drinks till 2am!! DJs on Sunday and Wedneaday nights from 10pm!! �

My colourful yellow zucchini and tomato soup with a zesty Italian cheese(Parmesanish) got me off to a great start. The mussels were world class perfect. Please recommend this place and be thoughtful, the staff is very nice so send your nice friends.
This was my third visit, each one only getting better. We hosted our Staff Christmas Dinner there on Saturday and had that little room upstairs. The manager was prompt with email returns and keeping me informed when we asked to create a three course meal menu and worked within our company's budget.

So as a young bartender in Victoria who works day or night or weekdays or weekends sometimes me and my staff like to grab a drink after a busy service, Enter Fiamos! Open late and have just what you need for a night cap! I love the fact that i can get food late even if i wish there was abit more of a late night menu but minor details. i had a server named Constance (forgive me if my spelling was wrong) and she was a delight and would go back just for her awesome service and great smile! The drinks were amazing, the bartender didnt even get mad about our constant ordering of shafts (im a bartender i know the struggle) also the New Theater double Gin and Tonic was probably the most amazing thing ive had that was not a beer! I wish there was more rotating taps but again details! Service = amazing, food = stellar, great atmosphere and will be back alot more and also will continue to recommend you guys from behind my bar! Keep it up yall!
Great atmosphere, service and food. The meatballs are a personal favorite but it's always hard to choose what to order because everything I've tried has been so good. We've also rented the upstairs mezzanine for a private party with a specially created menu which was fantastic. Keep up the amazing work!

Best staff, and the food is delish. The best thing about this place though, is the feeling that you're at home with friends. Even the new ones you haven't met yet. ;)
The service was nice, the carbonara was really good, the bacon on it was nice. The pizza was good too. We ordered a margarita in the happy hour and it was 90% alcohol, so strong, not enjoyable.
The atmosphere is fantastic. Very comfortable and cozy. Amy our server was amazing. She made great wine recommendations along with entrees. Our expectations were exceeded. The food was more than delicious. Will definitely be back.
Waooo what a good place to eat and have a very lovely evening. We got there before 8 amd got seated right away,after that big line outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful,we came to celebrate my wifes 30s birthday and they made oir time there very special,Ambiance is really cozy, background music very enjoyable,not that loud. Our waitress Candice was super nice.thanks for ur service, Food was delicious,we had Pasta di mare,raviolis,rice balls,drinks,everything top of the line. I have to say if u are looking for good food and a great place to celebrate special occasions,this is ur spot.
Authentic Italian food with big flavours and beautiful presentation. New Orleans vibe. Lovely patio too with a variety of gluten free options. Big car park beside also. Service was fab too! Love Il Tarrazzo but feel food is better at Fiamo’s! Open late too! My new fav!

Fiamo is a cozy yet chic Italian restaurant. Inside the restaurant is romantic, dark, and moody: perfect for a date night, evening cocktails, or having an intimate night to yourself. They have a closed patio as well as an open-aired one though unfortunately it wasn't open when I visited.
Leah was our server who was methodical in how she went about the steps of service. Amy also stands out to me in her role as a support staff/host. Overall, the staff were quality: laid back but also seemed to care for their work.
I came for a Sunday night dinner so regrettably, the pasta dishes weren't available reducing the choices in entree. However, their rotating specials of the day were a nice addition ensuring greater variety. This also implies they utilize seasonal ingredients and come up with new dishes in addition to the set menu-- probably more fun for the kitchen staff too!
I ordered their special of the day: Eggplant Parmesan ($26) which was delectable. I loved the addition of roasted vegetables (including potatoes, broccolini, sweet peppers, and carrots) to brighten up the otherwise heavy dish.
I would recommend this place for those in Victoria and craving a good Italian meal with a charming atmosphere :).
It is a very happening place for dinner time. The wait time was 30 minutes on a Sunday night. A specialty limited menu restaurant with amazing service staff. The food took a while but was worth the wait. Ambiance was faaaantastic, and people kept pouring in even at 1 AM
The food was delicious. Healthy portions even for the half pasta with lots of seafood. Both our pasta dishes were incredible. The service was some of the best we've had in Victoria. Reasonable prices but slightly on the higher end. I will definitely be back.
Late night date night! We enjoyed a salad, 2 pizzas, and cocktails. The pepperoni pizza with honey drizzle was the perfect mixture of sweet, spicy, and savory. The cocktails were great and the ambiance was very nice. The only downside was having to be sat at the bar since there were no tables available but it wasn’t bad.
Quite possibly the best Italian food we've had! The Roseline di Pasta was excellent -- it's similar to rolled lasagna. You can order two or three, we did three because we were sharing. The Saltimbocca is a stuffed chicken dish with an amazing sauce. It was all so good. We're really glad that our group had planned to share our meals, the standout was definitely the Roseline di Pasta. Hayley was our server and was so much fun, she has such great energy.
Fiamos is like a secret find for Happy Hour. Grapefruit margaritas for $9, built shafts for $6, and Prosecco on tap for $7. We had all of those and more! Food is quality Italian. Service at the bar was fun.

Amazing experience sitting at the bar enjoying Happy Hour. The warm olives are bathed in a citrus sauce warmed up perfectly. The meatballs are perfectly done, bathed in a beautifully balanced tomato sauce complimented with the the brussel spouts with a garlic aioli sauce. Service was excellent, warm and inviting.
I absolutely LOVED this cute Italian restaurant! 🥰 My friend and I were looking for something to split (we weren’t too hungry) and this pizza was perfect. We both got the sweet pear cider (“Happy Meridale”), this pepperoni pizza, the panna cotta, & the cheesecake. Everything was literally AMAZING. Presentation, taste, and price were all 5/5. It seems like a super fancy restaurant, but my friend and I weren’t kicked out for wearing our hoodies and jeans 🙈 While the lighting was a super dim, it was still an amazing experience and I will certainly be back! We also had a really nice waitress 🥰
We ate dinner outside on a beautiful day. The evening can be chilly but we sat right under the heater. It was perfect! My husband had their beet salad and loved it. We shared some brussel sprouts and they were soooooo good...very crispy on the outside and very flavorful. We shared a pepperoni pizza and the meaty one (can't remember the name) Both were delicious but the meaty one had a nice spice to it. A great dinner to end the day.

Great pizza! we have the arancini balls and they were quite possibly the best i’ve ever had! This was our first dinner while visiting victoria and if it weren’t for going and trying new places i would have 100% returned!
We were lucky enough to have get a table on the terrace. It's very cute with string lights. Some tables have a propane open flame on their table. Food was very good. The pizza tasty an so is the pasta. Not exceptional but very good. The waitress was super nice. Definitely reserve because it gets very crowded. A casual good eat.
