Food is amazing. Late night eats are an amazing deal so seating can be insane and they don't do reservations. Well worth it if you're willing to wait.
I was way too hungry and it was way too good for the pictures that's why only the drinks and dessert made it here lol! Everything is amazing love the food, drinks and everything. Only thing is make a reservation on time specially if it's peak hours but definitely recommend this place 👌
You always hear Bin 4 discussed when talking about great burgers but I don't think it belongs in the top percentage. Don't get me wrong they are good but it feels like they are pushing the "fancy burger" envelope. The extra work put into the burgers is in my opinion wasted. At the Mayfair location the atmosphere is not up to par. It's a square room with a bar on one side. The downtown location is much better for a date location or a get together with friends or family. If you're looking for a good burger I suggest trying bin 4 at least once but it's not my go too.
Best gourmet burgers in Victoria! A group of us (around 20 people) went, and had a fantastic time with great burgers. Bin 4 serves quality and quantity. The burger set meals (burger + sides) are worth the money. The meat is well seasoned and well cooked. The meat was moist (not dry at all), and had the juicy succulent flavor.
Recommended:
Bin 19: The big dipper (meal filling enough for a full meal).
As sides, I had fries and Bin 4 house salad. I would prefer fries and onion rings. The house salad is a regular salad, and wasn't the right fit for me.
Overall, a place that serves great gourmet burgers and has a great vibe! Last but not the least, service was awesome, kudos to the ladies for being prompt.
You really can’t go wrong with any of the burgers. Bin4 is a place we always visit when we’re on the island.
Banh Mi Burger 6/10 - Too much hoisin, the burger was very sweet. If you’re trying to imitate a Vietnamese Banh Mi, the importance of pickled carrots should be focused on. It’s something you only want to try once. Stick to the classic flavours.
Wild mushroom burger is quite tasty.
I come here every 4-6 weeks or so for the Late Night deal, and sometimes for lunch when family from out of town is visiting. The food has always been excellent and the service is usually top notch even when busy. However the music is always too loud to have any sort of conversation even with the person right beside you. Thankfully that's not the case when on the heated patio, but it's definitely comfier in the restaurant.
All in all though, the music is just a small gripe I have and has not stopped me from coming back again and again.

I really liked Bin 4 Burgers when it opened. A nice selection of variations of hamburgers was a great idea. Not to mention, the extras....... Well, there are no more extras. Those little things that set Bin 4 aside from other burger places seem to have been eliminated. This is not to say the place isn't good anymore. It's just not better.
We arrived at 'Happy Hour'..... Cool, a few cheap burgers and some sides..... Oh, the Burgers don't come with sides during Happy hour? Anyway, 2 burgers, 1 drink, a couple of sides and dessert still came to $85. AND, they no longer make their own ketchup, which was really good.... AND they changed the fries. They're not as good as they used to be. They also no longer have the complimentary home made chips to start. AND, some burgers were almost $30. It's a nice place, but it's lost its edge. Unlikely we will return anytime soon.
On a positive note, the staff were very pleasant and friendly. It would have been nice if they checked up on us more, especially with their stupid TIP option that they present you with immediately upon getting the bill. I have no problem Tipping when service is great. But I do have a problem with the machine presenting the tip option right there. It should be my choice to Opt to Tip, not to Opt out. It should not be expected.
When we arrived there were only about five tables occupied and three staff at the front folding napkins and chatting, plus the hostess.
We were seated promptly, but even though we were in direct eyesight of the front door, we waited a good ten minutes for service. During those ten minutes, at least three staff walked by and the three at the front continued to fold napkins and chat.
Then Hannah came to our table and the evening took a wonderful turn. She was apologetic, very pleasant, accommodating and efficient.
Our burgers were delivered in good time and were delicious.

There is no doubt, this was the best decision of my life. The meal wasn’t just take-out, it was an experience that just kept happening. When i felt that urge to tap out, there was more experience to be had. I eat a lot of burgers, mostly my own concoctions. THIS was better than my cooking and i gladly admit to that. Grade-A, top-shelf food. Fantastic work Bin 4!
Don’t forget to tip your server or the person taking the payment - most places are tip sharing so it goes to everyone. TIP at LEAST 20%.
Burgers are pretty good, lots of variety on different types of burgers. Prices range between $19.75 to 22.75 ish. However if you go after 9 p.m. you can get 50% off your burgers with the purchase of a drink which makes it totally worth.
I typically order to-go from staff lunches and dinner, but we went for Dine-In service on a Thursday night around 6:00pm. While the food is 100 times better fresh rather than take out, the service left something to be desired. Servers seemed overwhelmed by the amount of customers, but with serval family's with screaming children, I can understand there frustration.
Great place to visit if you love burger and fries.

One of the best tasting burgers in town. If not THE best. I was surprised with the garden salad. It had a hint of sweetness. Very enjoyable place. Nice seating outside as well. Friendly waitresses. I'd go back ! Baby friendly ! Was a great day in the sun. Lovely just lovely

It's good, has enough options for burger enjoyers and the flavorphobic. Fries and dips are my fave. Slap a fried egg on the dirty bourbon for the best experience. If you're alright with loud go after 9 for the drink n meal deal. The price is very worth it then. Aside from that, great place to take your visiting family if you're struggling for a place to please everyone that is also good.
Amazingly, this location caters to the gluten free and vegan. Very recommend if you or a loved one has vegan.
A wonderful experience, and perfect food with excellent service. The shared burger is perfect for seniors that don’t eat much. The non alcohol drinks are divine. The staff always make us feel welcome.
