We ordered two kinds of soup, both are good.
The fish and chips are also delicious!
However, chicken wings and sticky toffee pudding are unsatisfactory. The wings are too dry, and the pudding is toooooooo sweet...

A big happy space with nooks and crannies. Super friendly staff. Irish Coddle (cuddle would have worked too) was hearty and delicious on a cold winter's night.
Extra points for the house plaid on staff kilts - colors representing First Peoples of the area.

This place is a gem of Victoria! We stopped in for a quick bite and ended up returning two additional times during our weekend in town. The atmosphere, food & staff were absolutely fantastic! Coincidentally, all of our visits happened to be during happy hour, which made it even better but, to be clear, we’d definitely recommend going outside of happy hour too!
The beers & ciders are great, the food amazing and the atmosphere, with live music playing and rugby in the background, made it so much fun! The poutine and soups (especially the crab bisque) can’t be missed and they have the best fries anywhere. The bacon & brie cheeseburger was a hit as well…
While we normally try to branch out and explore different places, our experiences here made this one was just too hard to pass up each time! We’ll be returning for sure!
Oh, did I mention the Irish Coffee?? AMAZING!!

Old time pub feel. Lots of wood is used throughout. The little side cove we sat in looking out at the streey was great. The happy hour was grand. The Bacon and Brie burger was my fav. The nachos weren't my cup of tea. The cheese was pretty crunchy, and everything seemed to be on top. The chips were greasy and a little too hard and chewy. The chowder was not a thick chowder and also more a seafood chowder, but did have a great flavor. Mac n' cheese was very good! Service was outstanding!

Great food and atmosphere and drinks. I Had a beer that tasted like a margarita (so good) Loved the Canadian poutine, Crab Bisque ,clam chowder with Irish Soda bread. We sat outside, and people watched. Beautiful location and area.

So happy that we found this pub! Service was unbelievable. I wish I remembered the young lady's name whom helped us. She was phenomenal. Innis & Gunn on tap! The food was delicious. Only downside was the bathroom was downstairs. There may be one upstairs....I just didn't see it. Good value for your money.

We came here on our first night in town and it made us feel right at home - server was very nice and when we asked to split the Irish stew they actually put it on two plates for us. At first we thought they made a mistake and gave us two full orders because the portions were still pretty big, but when we got the bill they had in fact split it for us. I was very impressed by that. We each got a beer for ourselves and it was a perfect time. And the stew, by the way, was PERFECT. Would definitely come back!

Good irish experience music and interior. Kept filling my Magners 7/8 full or putting ice in it. Said that's as much as we put in here. So not filling it up for 10$ is a joke. Food was plain but stew was good.

The food was soooo delish and big servings. atmosphere was great. when going places to eat with an autistic son can be difficult because we are always nervous of how people will react with him close by but they made him comfortable and made us feel welcomed. was a great meal and experience

Stunning building, service was wonderful, friendly and attentive. The Chana masala was the best meal I had in Victoria on this trip and the blackberry martini was the icing on the cake! My son also loved his Shirley Temple slush as well as his chicken strips and fries. Was wonderful to find a quality, casual restaurant right downtown for both adults and kids.

Love this place, live music on Friday night, great food, best clam chowder ever!! Our server was attentive, fun, and responsive to our needs for more beverages. The place is hopping on a Friday night. The loaded perogies were amazing, worth the wait.

I had the Shepherd’s Pie here for about 22 CAD. It tasted pretty good, I just wish the portion size was a little larger.
Men’s bathroom could be cleaned better, water and toilet paper was strewn all over the floor. I don’t know if this is a normal pub thing or not considering I can’t drink in most countries yet. Other than that I quite liked the interior of the restaurant.
Service was great, a waiter came to check on us during the meal and we didn’t have to wait long to get the bill. All in all, I might come back when I visit Victoria again.

Our server Megan was so so nice and genuine, made us feel right at home!
I must say the breakfast was pretty close to what we make back home, and the hash browns are the best I’ve had possibly ever. Only flaw… not enough black pudding!

Great food. Kitchen has professional presentation skills. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I think this will be my new watering hole whenever I'm in Victoria. Awesome live music and Irish music keeps the spirits high. Definitely recommend when visiting.

Very crowded for a Tuesday night but it was after 9 pm and we could not get dinner. The food we got as “bar snack food” was very good. Service was pretty slow, but considering the crowd, the waitstaff was moving along. Upbeat Irish style band played. All good.
