We stumbled across this spot thinking that it was a residential building, and then we discovered it was a cafe, so we decided to stop for breakfast. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, the service was quick and accurate, and the food was absolutely amazing. The dishes were all made with less dough and more grains and greens, which we loved. The pancakes were unlike anything we have ever tasted before, and we can say with confidence they are the best we’ve ever had. We loved this place, and we are definitely coming again. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing especially the pancakes were mind blowing. I don’t think i have had a better pancake than this. Other than that the bowl and the soup were also great. Highly recommend this place. Very nice vibes and excellent service.

This place is the BEST! Best food, best coffee, comfy and clean atmosphere. We went for breakfast and we've booked dinner reservations for the same day. I think anybody who hasn't given this place 5 stars is just trying to keep it all to themselves.
I had the sleeping beauty pancakes and the Haus sausage and it was amazing. My mom had the sourdough toast and bacon. We've never had such delicious bacon.
Prices are so good for what you get. Quality is top notch. Can't say enough good things. Server was also attentive and relaxed. Loved it! Thank you so much!

My favourite place for delicious breakfast with friends and clients. The sleeping beauty pancakes are a must try. The presentation has changes slightly but still excellent. The atmosphere is what draws me back. The restaurant is a charming heritage style home. Lovely and bright.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had based on quality of the food and ambiance. Very reasonably priced, well worth the food alone. Add to that dining a 10 minute walk along the harbour from the center of the tourist district, efficient service and very comfortable seating in a historic house. We arrived a few minutes before opening at 9am, with about five groups in line in front of us and were seated 10 minutes later. We finished breakfast and were out the door before 10am. We were not rushed at all - we just had places to go.

Best brunch near the inner harbour! Quaint setting in a Victorian house. Vegan offerings. You can choose to sit down and enjoy service or go to their coffee bar for take out including gluten free goodies. Upstairs there’s the “library” where you can sit with your coffee. Perfect!

Dinner is just as fantastic as the brunch, and they take reservations. I don't think there has been much promotion around their new dinner service, so I'd like to spread the word. Braised pork was tender and flavourful, veggies colorful, crisp and fresh. Bacon fettuccine had more bacon and peas than pasta, so great value. I usually don't order pasta when out as I feel it's easy to make at home, but this dish was special and did not disappoint. Beet salad and winter green salad were incredibly fresh and flavourful as well. Wonderful house-made kombucha as well.

Definitely one of my favourite places for brunch. Small menu but I order the Benny almost every single time anyways... would love the half & half back on the menu (Benny & pancake). FYI their Benny is served on roasted veggies (no bread) with a big green salad & have an option to add bacon or sausage. It feels very nourishing 🥰. Have enjoyed a number of hot & cold drinks. Excited to see they're open for dinner now & look forward to checking that out.

Gem of gems in Victoria and probably in BC as a whole. Exquisite presentation all around, both in the beautiful plating of the kitchen selections and the layout of the place. The cafe drinks in particular were stunning, visually speaking.
What truly makes this place stand out is the homemade quality of what seems to be the most fresh ingredients… both plates we had were delicately crafted: ample sweetness, tasteful seasonings, beautiful pairing of ingredients, humble portions, and a soaring sense of “freshness.” While prices are justifiably premium, it is more than fair considering the relentless quality of every offering on the menu and sincerity of the staff.
All around, an incredibly memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Quite the standout in what might be one of the best spots on the island!

Nourishing is the perfect word to describe this beautiful food. I get the Benny every time with seed bread. This is a wholesome, healthy meal unlike your typical Benny. Highly recommend.

Eating here is like cozying up in a fluffy blanket in front of a fireplace and being served one delicious fare after another. Praise to the chef, you have nailed it! And the presentation, wow. Have been here for brunch (Fritatta is delish!) and dinner (cod - yum! The cauliflower side was a hit with the entire family). Loved the conversation-starter cards and the beautiful handmade crafts at the cash (made for great gifts to bring home). The place was packed and the hostess/waitress fluttered from one table to another like there was nothing to it. Service was fantastic. Thanks for such a great experience.

Nourish is hands-down the best breakfast spot in Victoria, and in fact one of the best restaurants overall. The food is farm-to-table, and prepared with love and care in delicious and often unexpected ways. The restaurant is dairy-free, gluten-free, and organic, and is loved by us and our kids. We particularly like the eggs Benny, which are prepared with a delicious cashew cream sauce. The seedy bread is also terrific. The coffee drinks are especially creative and are served with beautiful flourishes of design and usually edible flowers. The manager, Amira, is so incredibly kind and attentive. All in all, this is a wonderful restaurant.

We went for Sunday brunch. The food was delightful and service at the table was great! The food came quickly. The atmosphere inside was cozy and chic.
They don't take reservations so we had a very long wait (a little over 1 hour) so we ended up having lunch instead. Best to arrive before 10 AM for an early brunch if you expect to eat close to 11 AM.
I suggest a reservation system for the restaurant.

Small menu but all the items are tasty! For someone like myself who can't make up my mind with a lot of choices the small menu was great. I had the frittata and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The bread and butter on my plate was the best toast I've had.

The food was delicious and super fresh (ps I love how small their menu is! Always better to do a few things, but very well, instead of doing lots and nothing really right…)
The drinks were creative and very good. Perfect temperature to drink them straight away - not too hot, not too cold (we ordered the beet latte and a cappuccino).
Also, how cute and beautiful is this place, which is located in a cute house right in the neighborhood…
Last but not least, they also have a little store/to go area in case you don’t want to go in for a sit down meal!

My daughter and I went to Nourish for breakfast before taking the ferry back to Seattle and it was one of the most enjoyable and lovely dining experiences we have EVER had! The place was already almost full 10 minutes after it opened! Coffee was great and food so carefully and thoughtfully prepared with nourishment in mind. We loved every aspect of the experience- lively tea cups, local artwork on the walls, sun light coming through the window, attentive waitresses, old French books on the tables--so worth the trip! It was the best thing about Victoria,BC for us! Highly recommend it!

Was there on Monday morning. Food is wonderful, love how tasty and healthy everything is. They service is excellent and staff very friendly and accommodating. Have been several times and never disappointed. They inspire me to try different things at home. Wish I could find the recipe for the bernaise sauce that they put on the poached eggs made with turmeric and cashews, so good and so healthy.

I choose a warm Dandelion Delight to start with. So yummy!!
We shared a crispy tempeh & creamy cashew cheese plate with the most amazing buckwheat bread.
A lovely vanilla cheesecake filled us to the brim.
The staff were so friendly & kind.

When my friend and I arrived around 11 am, there were already a lot of people waiting outside for a spot. The waitress kindly let us know that the waiting time was around 20 minutes and that we could grab a drink at the cafe and wait upstairs or in the lounge if we wanted to. They took down our name and phone number. The drink Matchalicious was very tasty. I ordered Benny in the Moment with chorizo. I highly recommend it - I cleaned the plate clean. The serving was just right - very filling but definitely not overwhelming.

The best dining experience my husband and I have ever had. Amazing service from walking in to walking out. The decor was so thoughtfully designed and was an experience all on its own. And the food...I don't think I have savoured a breakfast like I did at nourish. Thank you for making our Victoria trip a memorable one.
