Disgusting location. Very run down and dirty. Staff have no clue about the products and food out of stock and well makes sense why KFC is dying! Really needs some attention. Head office intervention. Water leaking in seating area and was blocked by metal bench and no one bothered to clean up. Save
Janet served us at the front counter. She was the sweetest kindest lady! Absolutely love her attitude and warmth. We got two full meals for 12 bucks as per her recommendation. Food was hot and came out fast.

Nothing wrong with the food or service, it's just never open and has no staff. The one lady is the only one keeping the place going at all, kudos to her. If she leaves the place will fold. KFC corporate needs to get its act together and do something about it. That location has been there since the

It's been years since I have had KFC and after spending over 50 buck for a meal I will definitely not ever eat at the vernon location ever again. The worst food a have ever had, hopefully my family and I don't get sick!!!!

The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic, so friendly especially considering I arrived moments before closing time. Food was good and hot, nothing magical but it was what I expected and was good as far as fast food goes.
