I ordered pizza from Panago yesterday. Its closing hours always match Domino's and Papa Johns. Panago has by far the largest and best vegetarian and vegan menus in town. They also offer the biggest selection of sauces to use. Only Farmhouse rivals it. It always has a high quality taste. However, they are at the higher end when it comes to price, and rarely offer deals on their pizzas. It's difficult to get one medium pizza delivered for less than 30 bucks (unless you don't tip). Overall, awesome pizza but at a high price.

Last several weeks there is always missing something for what I would like to order. Missing very main ingredients for pizza. Poorly run.

I like it here and like the vegan options.. just plz watch out for cross contamination a bit better. Meat grease and cheese grease make people sick who do not consume it!

I ordered a pizza and I had made it personalized (one of their many options). The pizza came earlier than I had thought and it was absolutely worth it. The small was perfect for me so if you’re thinking a personal size, then maybe make the upgrade if you can eat a sizeable amount. Overall great experience

Order pizza. 25mins later go to pick up nobody knows where my pizza is. Hungry and p/0 to say the least. If I could give Zero Stars I would. . what's more ? They couldn't even show consideration by giving me a pizza half price for having to drive and have nothing for it. Lame

I placed an online order, showed up like ten minutes later to pay for it, first I was told from one lady that it wasn't received and if I didn't get a confirmation number in my email that it didn't go through... makes sense right?!? So I go to my car, grab phone, start looking for email.....long story short and three lady's later decided to just reorder in person, and voila it ( the online order) magically appeared. Anyway the pizza itself was delicious or I was just really hungry... not too sure..

Ordered the summer special tonight asking for delivery at 4:30pm. Pizza arrived 30 minutes late. If I had known they’d be so late I wouldn’t have prepaid and given a great tip. Pizza was cold and the dough was chewy, very little cheese & basically flavourless. I ordered from Vernon Panago last year and it NEVER arrived. Customer service said they’d give me a $5 coupon. I thought I’d try one more time but honestly this has to be the worse Panago in BC. Save your $30 plus dollars on a large and order pizza elsewhere. You’ll be glad you did.
