Review Tim Hortons - Vernon

Evan is so good at his job!!! Not only was the honey crueller the BEST I've we've ever had, his mannerisms and speech patterns were extremely lifelike and all around phenomenal! So glad to have seen such a hunk! Thanks Tim Horton!!!🤗

Tim Hortons is generally pretty good. I've had several bad experiences at this location, however. Once when trying to order breakfast in the drive-through, we were told they were out of eggs. Then dead silence. No apology for inconvenience, no suggestions of what they could provide, nothing. And this was before Covid, so they had no supply-chain excuse. Another time I placed a pickup order, arrived when I had asked it to be prepared, and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to get my small order, despite it not being very busy and more than a few drive-through orders being filled during that time. The place is a huge pain to get out of and the surrounding area has only gotten busier with the opening of Popeyes and Triple-Os. Also, the drive-through is nearly always busy and despite this the second lane is never open. TLDR: Timmies is good, just try to get it at another location if it's not inconvenient

If I could give negative stars I would!! I ordered a large Americano with 1 cream thru the drive thru. I got home took a sip.....it was nothing but hot water and milk...NO AMERICANO. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! I will never go back they mess up all the time!!

Went here to grab some food, from out of town didn't know they stopped serving food at 8pm. Not happy , was very hungry. Was in the drive thru, no clear signage about that , decided against any baked goods for myself as I couldn't get any actual food. Will not be going back.

Just a note, we can tell when you give hot coffee over ice instead of the actual iced coffee. If you don’t have it say so, I’d gladly order a hot coffee over leaving with warm watery coffee.

Stopped by this location at 9:45 pm. Lights were on, sign boards on, drive thrus not blocked, and no one was there. I understand staffing shortages, but if you're closed, look closed. Shut down the drive thru.

Very disappointed in this Tim Hortons. They have basically kept their lobby closed since Christmas. They are not overly busy 90% of the time. I find it very lazy on their behalf. What is the point y of having a store there if they refuse to serve customers that aren't driving.

Had great coffee and sandwich. They have so much to choose from kinda makes for a fun time trying all the different coffees and teas, they also have lots of delicious foods and deserts. I like the bacon and egg on a muffin. They have a large selection of doughnuts and croissants. I like the Boston creme and cheese croissants. Love going for a special treat.
