Review A&w Restaurant - Vernon

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday for a first time visit. The opening time on the website was different than what was posted on the door as they were opening an hour later due to covid. Came back 5 mins before opening and there was a lineup. Obviously a good sign. Service was efficient, milkshakes came out first. They were large enough to feed 2 adults or 3 children (why not charge way less and make the portion the size of the serving glass only?). I really didn’t feel like a shake but had to help so it wouldn’t be wasted. We ordered 3 burgers: the guacamole bacon, monster burger and a burning love burger. I was disappointed in my guacamole burger as there wasn’t much guacamole on it. I lifted the lid to check if there was even any and only saw a thin smear of it. The buns were also just ordinary and nothing special. The burgers came with your choice of a side or you could upgrade for an additional fee. If you got the fries they were bottomless… not sure why you would need this option. All in all it was an expensive lunch (2 shakes and 3 burgers) over $70. I didn’t feel that the burgers were worth the price they charged. Remove the bottomless fries and lower the price.

As a vegetarian, Red Robin is the best place for having a significant number of veggie burger options. My sister and I find it really easy to sub it for veggie patties as well as having veggie burgers. They also have the spiciest burgers in Vernon too. Burnin Love Burger and the new spicy one are our favorites. Whether it's dining in or ordering delivery, the quality is consistent. The rest of the menu is hit or miss, but the gourmet burgers and milkshakes stand out. I'll order from here the next time I want a spicy burger.

Haven't been to a Red Robin for years and the food is still amazing. The California Chicken Burger was awesome! My partner said his beef burger was great too. Very fresh and hot but the vanilla shake was thick and cold. We were impressed!!

This was our first visit to the Vernon location. It was busy, being Saturday evening. Our burgers were very good. Hot and well made. Overall the food was great. We had an excellent server named Brendan. Even though he had a lot of customers to serve, he made our visit very enjoyable. We would return to this location for sure.

The food was great, service was adequate. But the bathroom stinks like an outhouse. I hope the kitchen isn't as dirty / and fowl smelling as the washroom was. This has really turned me off from going there again. We came there for my husband's birthday. So yes it was supposed to be a bit more special. I'm very disappointed in the lack of hygiene in this establishment. The carpet is black from never being cleaned, the tables were sticky. Surprisingly the burgers were good, as the last time I was there they tried serving me a raw burger. This place needs to step it up and hire a plumber and a cleaning team to get this place up to par again. Thank you

I have an unusual allergy, and the waitress was GREAT about making sure I wasn't going to get anything that I would react with. Unfortunately that meant having to switch meals choices three times!! My party already had their meals and the Manager saw how much trouble I was having and comp'd the meal that finally worked. It was great service and we will definitely go back again. The meals were all great. Hot, flavourful and fresh.

We love Red Robin. We were extremely upset when they pulled every location from our province. Now we have to go to B.C. to get their fantastic burgers.

Went for dinner here with our 18 month old daughter. The staff were really friendly and fun! They did not mind being oggled through the glass by my little one. Food was delicious. Good kids meal. A bit pricey, but still manageable
