I just left your location and after trying to round up my bill to donate to the camp fund Sam at the window decided to argue with me about the ability to round up and have the proceeds go to the camp fund; like I do daily!
It’s disappointing that 1. Your staff during training isn’t taught that the round up is done all year round; and
2. that you don’t not have signage, like McDonalds, to indicate that you do the round up option all year around.
Hopefully your future training manuals and signage will reflect this option.

Nice Tim Hortons, lots of parking and a small outdoor area with umbrella. Only problems are the WiFi is terrible and the air conditioner doesn't seem to work that well.
