Review Subway - Vernon

Always a good exp. Amazing customer service. The manager was born to be in customer service. Hes an absolutely fantastic people person. Only gave it 4 stars cuz it's really cramped and teeny. The line up to order and the crowd of people waiting for their food often intermingle and its hard to tell where the line ends. But otherwise it's top notch for a fast food joint.

I was accused of not knowing what size I ordered. I just left with an exact refund and a permanent bad taste. I do not believe I will return to this location again. They were busy, so we were patient. I ordered a large blizzard and it was given away to someone else. The small came out that was meant for the order 5 people after us. No one was picking up the small, so I was explaining to them what may have happened. I was told I was wrong. They even made me produce a copy of purchase because they didn't believe me that I ordered a large. They were trying to give me the small. I wasn't willing to go home with a small when I just paid for a large. Instead of trying to rush out a large blizzard he crossed his arms and accused me of falsifying this information, so I went to the car to get receipt where my partner had been waiting with their ice cream for about ten minutes...like seriously?! Then I had to ASK for a refund, nothing was offered but to now wait for a large or get my money back. Id recommend to go to any other ice cream place in the area. This was NOT worth ice cream ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND VERNON DAIRY QUEEN.

This is the most unprofessional dairy queen, was treated disrespectful at the window for asking for more choclate as what I was given was not regular standard and a complete joke for 5$ I got a dipped cone with no chocolate fully and a hot fudge sundae with I kid you not a dime sized pump of chocolate, asked for a little more and the employee had the audacity to argue and say "oh my god" giving my husband and I so much attitude. I asked for my money back as she refused to remake and deliver a proper product. Looks filthy in there too should certainly not pass a health inspection. Vernon residents can do better than this place hi ho off to another establishment I go. I mean honestly management if you're going to offer such a reduction to scrimp and scrape people will gladly go elsewhere. The presentation of the ice cream was just aweful.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Years ago it used to be quite a great place, part of the community. But the new management doesn’t care about community, or customer service! I would hope that dairy Queens Head Office takes a look at this location and all of the negative reviews…

Worst DQ in the Okanagan. Consistently terrible staff. Staff member literally closed the door in our face when we were trying to buy a birthday cake saying they were closing the lobby due to lack of staff. Meanwhile there were at least six staff that we could see. Can't understand the deteriorating levels of service in Vernon.

Bought a Reeces Pieces Blizzard and the flavour and Reeces Pieces stopped halfway down and it was just the white soft serve the whole bottom half. C’mon guys, do better we’re paying $8 for a medium! Super disappointed.

To busy at the time we went, around 8:00 pm drive thru long and they forgot part of our order. Stuff was tossed into bag poutine was on its side leaked on other food not a good experience

Take my wife from Carehome out for a soft ice cream cone. Usually go to BK or Micky D. Usually pay $2 per cone or $1,on special. Decided to try DQ today. This our first & last visit, as the. Price for a DQ come is $3.99. WOW!!!!
