Review Wendy's - Vernon

UNPROFESSIONAL. They get their friends to write 5 star reviews for them. It’s very obvious. Nothing about this place or customer service is 5-star. Beware of this establishment.The woman who took my order was legit talking to her boyfriend on the phone and eating with no mask on at all !!! So unsanitary!! Why has this wendys not been fined or shut down is beyond. There’s a healthy Pete’s grocery store down the street so this place won’t cause a food desert. I advise people in this neighborhood who have experienced bad customer service from this particular wendys to put in complaints through the receipts they are handed from purchase, over low rated reviews. That creates more room for Wendy's corporate to conduct an investigation. Keep and ask for receipts and rate them poorly on Wendys website over Google reviews. Clearly by reading the reviews this management does not care and continues to pick and choose when they want to give good customer service. Many of the employees are extremely hood and lack mannerism, including the manager . Look at the pic of the woman who took my order for crying out loud. Shut this place down or hire Hispanic people to take over this location who know how to serve fast food with a smile!

The servers were nice but they forgot one of my sandwiches. While making them it appears like they weren't properly communicating to each other on the line. The servers also weren't wearing masks. My order was a take out and the food wasn't fresh. First time getting my meal from this Wendy's and sadly will be my last.

I have only have had good experiences at this Wendy's. I need large bulk orders for the high school. I pre-ordered my food and they were the only fast food restaurant to have the order ready exactly on time. And then, another time, I was in a bind and had to get food at the last minute. They had my large order ready quickly! I highly recommend.

My experience here is always the same. They are always out of something. I understand this is a problem that management needs to solve. The service is slow but they get my order correct. This place can definitely improve and be really good since it's the only Wendy's around this area.

Staff very unprofessional. While cashier taking cash ,two other staff workers at the register with her laughing and talking. I waited in line too long for service. My food was luke warm. I spent too much money for Luke warm food. Every one should be fired , and hire a new crew.

Originally had to wait 20 minutes despite placing a mobile order 10 minutes ahead of time and was told to park to wait since it was never put into the system by the time I pulled up to the drive-thru. Then waited another 15 until I had to go inside and get my order myself since no one brought it out. Besides that, the actual complaint is that I found a plastic bread clip in my chicken sandwich and bit into it before noticing. This is the second time I’ve been to this Wendy’s and I don’t plan on coming back due to wait times and inability of the staff to follow up on their mistakes.

I've eaten here before and had better service. Today wasn't so good. I came through the drive thru. My drink was wrong. I asked for very light ice. I got a drink FULL of ice. Then when they redid it I got 2/3 of my drink and NO ice. I went back, yet again and asked for a Full cup of my drink to which they FINALLY got it right after 3 tries. Smh!! My fries weren't hot nor did I get a full order if fries. They redid my fries and gave me a full order like I should have recieved at first. I'm not sure what was going on but I do know it was irritating. Not their best day.

There crew is disgusting , i ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget n they were only 3 chicken nuggets in the box, yall is nasty , i can’t believe yall only put 3 nuggets in my shi. I also ordered a coke n yall mfs gave me a sprite , whoever the manager is they need to get they priorities straight cause this is ridiculous!!!! Let me see another Person on they phone imma slap the dogg shi outta someone cause thats so disrespectful im never coming here again n encourage yall to do the same #yallsuck #getyoshitogether
