Attended a Valentine themed dinner buffet on Valentines Day, 2017. We made reservations for 6:00 and when we arrived we were greeted very nicely at the door. The ambiance is very warm with nicely candlelit tables, in a cozy intimate ranchlike feel space. Service was exceptional and the buffet was so well appointed with incredible salads, an abundant choice of entree dishes and an amazing choice of desserts. The Chef Dale, his daughter and family are amazing hosts and I have always had the very best in dining experience at the Cattemens. He supports locally grown produce and you cant beat the quality and flavours. Its an absolute favorite and a must destination when you are in the Okanagan!!
We went for the Sunday brunch and the food was amazing as usual .One of the best brunches around and its only $13.95 :).The chef Dale is always coming to your table to see how the food is and he is always on top of his game with his own unique touches on his dishes such as Cauliflower / jalapeno cheddar soup,perogies,beef,eggs benny,deserts etc etc!! The service and food was OUTSTANDING and there was always fresh hot food being refilled :) I really don't understand all the whiners complaining about the place and service? its ALWAYS TOP NOTCH!!
And don't forget the wicked Caesars :P

A great dinner!!. Had the best Prime Rib Dinner ever at the Cattleman's Club Restaurant The Yorkshire pudding was outstanding and the best I have ever had. The ambiance is great, relaxing and comfortable. It is clear that Chef Dale takes great pride in every meal he prepares. I liked the rest of the menu and saw many items I would like to try next time we go back.

Friday Prime Rib Special - $20 - YUM!!. We were driving by on a Friday and saw this sign - we turned around to give it a shot and were not disappointed!
We looked at the menu just to see and it looked very good, but we wanted the Prime Rib. Our dinner was very nicely presented. The prime rib was perfectly cut to taste. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, the freshly steamed asparagus was so tasty and my husband says the crispy outside, soft inside of the Yorkshire Pudding was *&^%ing awesome! Nice selection of wines at decent prices.
The only disappointment was dessert, we had the mile high chocolate cake - everything else tasted very fresh, using fresh ingredients and homemade.... but the chocolate cake tasted stale and like it was made with edible oil product.
The decor is rustic and country community hall-ish - very suitable for setting, etc.
Recommended and would go again.

Thanks for Making it Special. I just wanted to say thanks for making our Grandmothers Birthday a special one. The food and Service were terrific. Not sure why the previous review would complain about getting hot plates, in fact I wish more restaurants would do this. Anyway THANKS…..
A great for a meal, we have been many time for the buffet. Have also booked private gatherings. Plenty of food and choices, always fresh, place is clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. The ranch is a great backdrop as well. A must visit if you are in the area.
I've been here both the breakfast buffet and for their annual Valentine's Day dinner. It gas always been excellent. I look forward to dinning there again.
Had dinner tonight and it was phenomenal! It was without a doubt one of the best if not the best steak dinners I have had in any restaurant. The food came out hot and the portions were more than enough. I’m looking forward to going back

🎂Got to celebrate my 40-13th Birthday which was on a Saturday-Steak special day! I was there with Family and Friends and we all had the special for just $20:)
The meal was fantastic with baked potato dressed with garlic churned butter and sour cream, caesar salad, toast and steak just the way I liked it(medium rare).🎂
Alexis was our server and she was amazing, polite and always there when we needed her.
This was my second time there as the first time we went was on my daughters graduation... Which was also a Saturday!
Fantastic food, great service and the surroundings, were very relaxed, could hear one another speak and just overall, a wonderful evening. Will definitely be back.🌷
Visited the Cattleman’s again and AGAIN was not disappointed. The very best prime rib dinner in the Vernon area. Holds its own against names like the Keg and the Sawmill. Our go-to for the best. Not only delicious, but brought home the leftovers for a second great meal the next day.
A perfect place to bring family and friends and gift cards can be purchased for giving to those special peeps.

Beautiful area..great farm. Very impressive. Food ... not to excited about it. Maybe next won't do the buffet. Worth the drive to see. Will visit again
