Not the best Indian food I've had but it was good. Got the butter chicken with medium heat but the chicken chucks are quite large, samosas which seemed to only have potatoes in it and not much flavor and the garlic naan bread was the best part. We got take out and brought it home only to find there was no rice, I don't recall seeing rice on the menu and thought it would come with it, so I made my own rice and enjoyed the meal.

Great food great service. Definitely my favorite Indian restaurant in Vernon!
Started off with Indian Chai that warmed us right up. We got the lamb biryani which was spiced perfectly, the lamb was tender, and the rice was fluffy. Aloo ghobi was great as well with the potatoes having a crispiness underneath the yummy sauce. Palak paneer and butter chicken were delicious, as expected.
Presentation and service were amazing. The server was available when we needed but not overbearing. The dishes look smaller than they are when they come out, but the bowls are deep. This was enough food for 4 and pricing was reasonable.

At the end of a long evening walk, this was the perfect meal! The Aloo Gobi and Butter Chicken were delicious with Saffron Rice, and the Vegetable Pakora was a great appetizer! The service was amazing, he was extremely friendly, and he took some satisfaction in placing the dishes on the table "just so"!
All in all, an extremely pleasant experience, and I definitely plan to eat here again!

We went for dinner here the week of March 21, 2022. The décor is authentic, the space is clean, and the food was phenomenal. We were very impressed with the server through out the meal, ever attentive and engaging in conversation easily. Our portions were plenty and very flavorful. We eat a lot of Indian cuisine and know where the best spots are in the Central and North Okanagan. Saffron, in our opinion is one of the best and we will definitely become regulars.

Amazing customer service. I was promptly greeted once arriving. I was treated very well and I felt respected when they called me sir:) would highly recommend. The food is delicious and the spicy scale they use is accurate.

Ordered from skip the dishes. The order did not come with rice, which was surprising given the cost. ordered mild medium and it was too spicy to even eat. The Naan bread was dripping with grease. Over all very disappointing.

We ordered takeout for dinner. We were disappointed by the flavors in the main dishes. Also, you must order rice separately. We found the naan overly oily in comparison to other places. Not likely to order from Saffron Touch again.
