Review Earls Kitchen + Bar - Vernon

Good Service but below average food! We went there for Valentine’s Day hoping for some delicious happy hour dinner. The buffalo cauliflower was good to be fair but the bigger burgers were tasteless! No dressing other than some mustard I could taste! Even the fries was McDonald type and even worst!

We went to this establishment for lunch following a bridal nail appointment and to celebrate a birthday. It was very lovely of our server, Hanna M (?), to promo a birthday dessert for my sister. The food was served hot, fresh, and very promptly despite arriving at peak lunch hour. I neglected to take a photo of our delicious food but this receipt gives an idea of items we enjoyed and the reasonable pricing of those items. Hanna (?) made some flavourful recommendations. Great place for a hot, savoury meal, IMHO.

My salad wasn't fresh, I had to separate all the black romaine. I should be able to order a dish without quality concerns. Plus a salad is such basic one.

Went here for dinner. Service was super fast. One person at our table found a really long hair in her burger but the server had it replaced with a new burger within 7 minutes. It wasn’t very busy for a Saturday night but the food was delicious.

Salmon was cooked perfect. Our dessert unfortunately came with hair in it. Didn't get to enjoy one bite, my spouse was turned off. Manager didn't come over to say anything. Waitress took it off the bill. There were a couple other mistakes on the bill but she fixed it quickly. She was good at her job through out.

Saturday July 5, 2022. My Mom was taking my sister and I for supper. I checked first that they had room for 3 of us and the 2 young girls said yes. I went and got my Mom and sister. When we entered my sister asked for a table for 3. They said there wasn’t anything available. I said I just asked you. Very rudely one of them said we didn’t realize you needed a “special table”because my Mom was on her mobility chair. No apology just totally snubbed us. Now if that wasn’t one of the rudest encounters taking my Mom out😳. I think these young girls should take some lessons in how to be courteous and understanding especially to elderly people and those with mobility issues. We certainly won’t be back. 👎👎👎👎

Really loved the food and ambience here. Docking a star since they charged me for mayo and hot sauce ($1.50) which I asked for with an order of fries i ordered. All places give this for free, so it's a bit petty charging customers this. Aside from this, very friendly staff.

We have 2 sick family members after our dinner yesterday. Called and advised, received a "sorry". Both had steak dishes, one with lobster. Expensive disappointment for a special dinner. (Our server was good).
