Very dissatisfied. Off the list. Ordered Sunday from Melanie. She was rude from the very start. Asked for the "polo e funghi" with no mushrooms. I asked for garlic on the pizza and was rudely told they don't have garlic. Italian restaurant with no garlic. Ok. Picked up our order, got home. N
Wow! What an amazing hidden gem! The pizza, amazing! Gelato…. Priceless! The staff, even better! Thanks Kelsey for amazing service! We would love to see a second location of Pallinos in the lower mainland!

Away from all the glam at Sparkling Hill, it is so nice to have a down to earth, cozy and delicious meal at Pallino's. It tastes authentic and honest. Love it*****
The manager the blonde woman. Beyond rude didn't even order everthing we wanted cause she rushed us out. This has happend several times now, Will not be going back. For a 20 dollar sandwich would.atleast hope for customer service aswell !
We ordered pizza for delivery and the service was good and pizza was Crispy, cheesy and Thin-Crust.

I ordered 2 pizzas from Shelly last night and was super amazed with the service and quality of food. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who doesnt wanna spend +150 for dinner at Sparkling Hill.
My husband and I got take away from here while staying near by and it was absolutely delicious! Taylor served us along with a female chef who prepared our food. They were so nice and thoughtful. We will definitely be coming back!!
