Review Burger King - Vaughan

Visited this location on a Friday morning. Puts parking lot is clean with a lot of spots. No line up for drive thru and service is quick. The wopper burger is prepared exactly the way I customized for, meat is huge and juicy. No complaints. There are many seagulls at the parking lot.

Horrible experience. Guy at drive thru looks like he is least bit interested to do his job. No hi or hello, no proper sentences while speaking, just giving one word answers. Management should be training their staff on basic customer service. Food quality is horrible, no condiments added or even offered while ordering. Burnt burger.

Never disappoint food in this place. Always fresh. Quick and clean

The Nashville Hot burger combo has a spicy sauce, the chicken is good, and the fries are poppin ❤️‍🔥

I think this has to be on of the worst burger king in Toronto. Extremely slow service. 10 cars in the drive through. I walked to avoid the drive through, waited 20 mins for 2 whopper combos because they are to busy accommodating the drive through. Pop area is so dirty. Real turn off. Tables not cleaned. I could only imagine the kitchen. Don't waste your time, just go to McDonald's.

I went in here, hoping to get lunch, my daughter let me know she needed to use the bathroom right away, but their bathrooms were closed. I asked someone if she could use the bathroom because it was an emergency. They let us use the bathroom which I was thankful for. After the staff was extremely rude. We ordered are food, and luckily checked it in the parking lot, and found they had given us a burger with no patty. When we tried to take it back, they gave us a hassle, even though the purchase was only made moments before. I am very disappointed with this particular location.

I ordered through their mobile app,says its closing at 10pm. I came there to pick up my order. Nobodys answering at the drive thru. I drove at the window. The lady said its closed already. How did the mobile app accepted my order then.? Asked for a refund, again the lady said call burger king or cancel my order. I said i can't cancel it, the app says my order is ready. She called another lady. I thought shes going to help but only she have a nastier attitude. Locked the window with..

This was my go to place. I used the drive thru service. I drove about half way and I thought to check the order because I was solo and I was ordering for 5 people. Lone and behold they forgot some of our food items. Fine! I drove back and they knew about it. I get back to the shop and found out....No straws for the drinks...Okay. So they forgot...no biggie. Just drink from the cup. The 4 blueberry pies that we ordered only 1 was correct and the other 3 were mislabelled. Listen I could do without the chicken nuggets that they forgot but....blue berry pie...thats a cardinal sin! Come on guys get your S%&*! in order.
