What atmosohere? There is no seating there. Muffins are too small and full of sugar. The filling was more garbage sugar. Coffee is so so but McDonald's, coffee is way better. The Timmy across the street was selling flies instead of muffins so I bought at this location. You cannot have flies around your muffins.

I wanted to give 0 star but there is no option, so this Timmy got one star for me, Lucy they are. Every time I go drive through the lady at the window ask me to stop before I reach the window. It happened every day with me. Today she gave me attitude because I did not wait before the window. I asked her why do they ask the cars to stop before the window, what is the difference me stopping before the window or at the window. she told me they have a timer here and they need to get the customer order ready before the customer reach the window Looks like including their manager they all are manipulating their timer system which shows the owner how efficient they are. Staff at the window has bad attitude and 0 respect towards the customer. They do not understand if we don’t go there, they have no jobs. Many other locations around do not want to go here.

Me and two of my friends came here to get some drinks and to chat. We ordered two ice caps and one chocolate chill. The man behind the counter took our money and gave us one ice cap and one chocolate chill. Before we can ask what happened to our change and the third ice cap, he walks to another employee and begins to speak with him, laughing. After a few minutes of waiting he comes back and asks me what I want. I told him we ordered THREE ice caps and he didn't give us our change. He goes back to the kitchen and an eternity later he comes back with an ice cap and our change. I would visit this location again, but my experience on that day was poor.

The manager, Nahla is an ignorant individual who doesn't't have the slightest clue how to run an establishment. I ordered a bunch of food using the app only to find out that 4/6 were sold out. When I asked for a refund or store credit to use at another Tims- I was declined saying that "they don't do refunds as it's forbidden by the owner". I noticed that I was not the only customer facing this issue at the time of my visit. All in all, I left that store having spent $5 more than the value of the substituted food provided to me. This is a garbage location with garbage staff, management, and ownership. Save yourself the time and go to literally any other Tim's.

I've been a long-term customer at this location for years and they've always given exceptional service. However there is a woman who works the overnight during the weekdays who was so unprofessional that I had to leave this review. I went to the Drive thru line because we wanted to order and when we were asked for a moment to look she yelled through the speaker why would you come into the line if you don't know what you want to order. At this time of night there was no one in the drive thru line. When I explained to her that we needed to look at the menu because we weren't sure what we wanted there was just a long pause, which is fine. I understand it's late at night and people are aggravated working those hours. When we decided what we wanted to get we drove up too the second window and again she yelled at me and my pregnant fiancée for getting into the line when we didn't know what to order. I tried to explain to her again that I need to look at a menu before I order (which I think is a fair rationale) but she is completely unprofessional, the only reason I give 2 stars is because the rest of the staff are phenomenal.

Ordered two boxes of 10 assorted timbiebs and was gave regular assorted tim bits. Basically charged me the price of timbiebs for regular timbits.

The food tastes great! What disappointed me was the size of the breakfast sandwiches... I never imagined that it was so small (this observation serves for Harveys). To be well fed, you'll have to buy two. Another point is that if you arrive too early, around 9:45, they might not have the donuts ready. (I went on New years, maybe on regular days they might have them ready)

Got a breakfast wrap from this location found a two and a half inch piece of plastic in my first bite.contacted customer service they said the owner or management would get a hold of me this has been 3 weeks now still nothing.contacted several times no response terrible terrible customer service. i just want to know how it happened I could have easily given the wrap I ate to my kid could have been way worse.i get it mistakes happen but own it and rectify the situation.
