Review Boston Pizza - Vaughan

Boston Pizza @ Vaughan- renowned as Canada’s 1 st casual dining restaurant. Having visited a few restaurants at Canada, specific visit was for an Patio dining experience. Patio dining is favourite among locals this time of season. Leaving aside the Ac rooms, an open arena to sky well laid out with outdoor seating arrangements with a parasol ☂️. Ordered varied dishes, as per photos, names difficult to remember and pronounce, yes , but all were delicious and good variety to explore, one was Nachos. Service was prompt and courteous. Only caution is our request for few slices of tomato 🍅 was also considered as an dish and accounted for in bill! May be an norm here and as such acceptable and an eye opener. With wide varieties of food items and offerings, repeat visits essential to try out different delicacies. Enjoy.

Boston Pizza in general has great food but I tried their new Potato Jalapeño Poppers and they are so good! The dip is spicy with bacon crumble. It’s creamy in texture and yet has the amazing cheese pull from the Mozzarella. Must try!

This Boston Pizza was absolutely amazing! From the servers, to the service, and the management. All amazing! Restaurant and Patio was very clean, servers were very friendly, timely with our orders, and were very accommodating to our big group and our requests! The Owner and Manager along with their staff really went above and beyond for our group and we all had an wonderful time eating here. Excellent experience all around! Definitely will be coming back and I highly recommend this location! A+++ Thank you Boston Pizza Rutherford for some great memories! 🔥🔥

Started with an order of wings, asked for fried, they were baked, the veggies that were put on the plate looked quite old with browning on the edges of the celery. Got a steak and asked for medium well, it came in well done and extremely dry. Had seasonal veggies, got brocolli and it was very undercooked. It was basically raw. The cheesy garlic bread was awesome. We did eat the food because we were hungry but it was a big let down. The manager did seem to offer us a small discount, we did eat the food so that was fair. Otherwise this would have been a one-star. The waitress was fine and handled our complaints professionally.

Hi, usually I am not picky person, but my experience at this location was very bad. I went to Rutherford location on 07 July 2022, and we ask for patio table. We were second table in patio. We ordered two Ginger ales and Calamari and small pizza BBQ chicken, when we get the pizza we noticed there is hair attached to pizza, I couldn't find our server so I asked another server to take food back and replace it. After 5 to 7 min, instead manager which should handle this cases, our server came back and said sorry we make another for you. It took more than 25 min to get the replace pizza, our drinks were low so I asked our server to refill it. She got 2 another tables and totally forgot about us. She was keep going to check those tables, but never came back to check us and she never brought us our drinks. We even asked to make pizza in half bacon, but we noticed in replace pizza all pizza had bacon. I am so disappointed about food and service of server. This place should train servers more, she was chewing gum, using sunglasses, but not focusing on customer service.

So far Boston pizza has the best pizza in the GTA, i have discovered a New best vegetarian dishes. Which i loved a lot. SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP & RAVIOLI. Must try. I love the service and location.

Another great Boston pizza in the GTA. I enjoyed a great lunch, cold beer and had great service, Loads of T.V.s for sports watching, Enjoy the Free Wi-Fi. Lots of parking. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants

The soup wasn’t too hot but honestly I didn’t have a problem with it! It just meant I could dig in a lot quicker and the food was amazing I loved it!! Our server Christine was also so nice! I had a great time and definitely will come back!

Sat in the bar which was understaffed. One bartender looking after all the bar, tables in the bar area and patio. Evidenced by the fact that our drink, food and dessert orders were taken and brought to us each by a different person. Beer was cold, pizza was good, dessert was mehn. Our hometown BP does a much better job but proximity to hotel is always a factor. Will order items all from Amazon next time.

Friendly staff, decent bar. Not a fan of the kitchen staff and their food handling but the food itself is pretty good. Not somewhere I would willingly choose to go to again.

LOVE IT!. Great location with nice servers! Really enjoyed my time at this location, very relaxed and calm atmosphere, we were acquainted by various employees to ensure if all was well. Food in particular, arrived fast and tasted delicious, this place definitely knows how to take care of your appetite. The overall experience was perfect.

Terrible service went with teammates (wrestlers) after weigh ins and some people waited over an hour and a half for their food! I booked a reservation 2 days in advance to allow them to be prepared for a larger group but they had one Waiter for 20 people and many orders came out cold or incorrect would not recommend this location

Terrible!. This is the first review that I have ever written on any food website, that is how bad our experience was tonight. Went here after a family night out at the Putting Edge next door. I personally did not want to go here but the husband wanted to watch the hockey game. The service was soooo slow, we ordered our meals including my four year olds at the same time I got my 9 ounce glass of wine. By the time our meals came my glass of wine was gone, and I was sipping it because I wanted to have it with my meal. It was probably 40-45 minutes from the time my husband finished his salad, which he said was awful, till our entrees were served and they brought our meals before bringing my four-year old's! Ordered the shrimp tacos, tortillas were cold like they just came to of the fridge and the shrimp were fried till they were cremated, I was starving by then so I did eat two of the three. My husband also ate his pizza but said it wasn't that good and he was also very hungry. The waitress didn't even remember that the kid's meals come with a desert, but at that point we just wanted out of there so decided to forget it. We have been to a lot of Boston's Pizzas and we have even ordered in from them and while it's not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination, it's usually pretty good, I mean you know what you are going to get. But tonight, it was just bad all around! Save your money or at least go to Montana's or the one at Vaughan Mills instead.

Would never return!!!... The service was so bad. I have gone twice to this location and the first time I went the waitresses were very rude and slow. Then I heard them call me racial slurs. I thought maybe they are just having a bad day and maybe frustrated.So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I returned a month later and it was worst. The waitresses were drunk and hanging out with their boyfriends. I would never return and suggest you eat elsewhere...btw I never write reviews or have anything bad to say.

Went here for a nice dinner with the boyfriend, ordered drinks, wings, and spaghetti and meatballs. Service fairly slow, wings great, spaghetti...oh god. Got the spaghetti and cut the meatballs in half, all still cold in the middle. Boyfriend got the same and the same cold meat balls. Sent it back, somehow we each got 1 and half less meatballs than first served LOL. And no garlic bread the second time around when it was sent back, asked and was told it was on the way and never recieved it throughout the rest of dinner. They redeemed with the meal on the house which was a nice consolation.

Food is awesome. Really delicious food! Huge tvs! Cant go wrong!

Good for what it is. My ex-wife and me take Peter here at least once a month coz its near the movies and he likes it.<br/><br/>Simply because it's pizza, it's cheap and he likes it. The food is pizza and they have free refills. Then they have mostly kids here which peter likes. The service is very normal, but the environment... that's good for kids! even when it's full with people, the atmosphere is still good for children. That makes it good because feeding the kid and ex-wife and within budget yet getting fast service. The waitresses are nothing to look at.<br/>The price, I'd say is cheap, for the variety they offer.
