Really not impressed with the service Been several times on the way home from work and every time we get the mozzarella sticks or fries they are cold and not fresh, specifically asked if we could get fresh ones and was told absolutely no problem it would be an extra 2 min wait. Then watched the lady slide the packages up their little warming station then pull them back down and put in my bag. Due to the line up of people behind I wasn't going to cause a stink. But to be lied to my face kinda speaks loudly on the people they hire to work there. Can't say we will be going back

Line up seemed short so hubby decided to have a whopper. He didn’t order at the kiosk - and didn’t realize how many people were ahead of him to receive their orders. He got poutine and said there wasn’t enough gravy to melt the cheese.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The guy at the till stood there leaning with his elbow on the cash holding his head. They are so rude! The food was terrible! It gets better (worse)! No price on their menu board for sourdough burger... 2 burgers (only no combo) was $23! I also posted a pic of the suggested retail. Such a Rip off! High price to pay for a laxative.

The manager up sold my order to Large automatically then tried to give me medium fries and drink. Very bad customer experience, I understand that you have budget number to hit but a Atleast inform customers they are being upsold and give them what they actually paid for.

They Upside my order and gave me dips I did not ask for just to charge me extra . When I asked why? then they got upset .make sure you look at your receipt. the only good thing is now I know zesty dip is good lol.

I ordered a whopper combo with cheese and bacon and there was none, also I ordered regular fries and drink and paid for large instead, this location sucks! Charging customers more than what they want, get a new manager PLEASE and treat YOUR customers RIGHT. People try to avoid this BK location and go to tim hortons, subway, or new york fries right next to it

Ran out of burger patties, served only chicken. Oil is VERY dirty 🤢🤮 They need to change the oil more frequently, by reading the reviews, someone said 4 days ago the oil was bad. The crispy chicken sandwich and fries were disgusting.

Refused to serve customers 15 minutes before they closed. Can only assume laziness and general distain for other ppl trying to eat while in transit. Tried lying about being closed at 9pm, even though it clearly states on both burger kings own website, and google, that it's 10pm.
