The burger and fries were absolutely awesome. But the service was ridiculously slow — almost 20 minutes to get my order — and the place was neglected. The bathrooms smell like backed-up sewage. One burger took over 10 minutes to get to my guy, and orders were coming out like, 5 minutes apart, one by one. The best hero burger in Brampton lol. I've been to other hero burgers and half of them couldn't cook the beef correctly. These guys r good

Liked the menu, lots of customization choices. My only complaint is the price, I made my own burger, added only swiss cheese, and with the combo it came to $14.50. Little surprising, I still enjoyed it though.

Awesome staff ! Great food always good seeing the staffs friendly faces. Really not sure why they have negative reviews because they're great (regular customer)!

Washroom for customers only?! If management reads reviews please ask your workers not to mention such things to people. You operate private business with public access meaning by law glass of water and washroom should be available for anyone.

Great food everytime. Love the different types of burgers you can get here. Bit of a wait is the only downside.

Avoid this place if you can. The shake we ordered was sitting on the counter for a while so it got gross. The service is slow, like the guys is cooking one burger at a time. The bathroom smells horrid. Ultimately, the worst part is the older guy (owner?) working the register. He's rude!
