Review Mcdonald's - Vaughan

Terrible, terrible service. They couldn’t care less if you came to McDonalds or went somewhere else. Matter of fact, the staff clearly would prefer if you didn’t bother them. No one was there to help with the lobby orders. One person was making huge orders for Uber eats and Kisok orders.The floors were sticky and disgusting. Trash was littered everywhere. After 15 minutes waiting for a large fry and a caramel sundae I asked for a refund. The manager just said ‘who wants the refund?”, prompted me when the machine was ready and walked away. I wish I could give -5 stars. Unfortunately, this McDonald’s experience isn’t an outlier and marks a general decline in customer service and quality.

We went straight to the drive thru. We paid and then we was told to wait at the front for our food. We waited for about 10mins or less. The guy was nice. The kids enjoyed their meal.

Took my order home as I was openi g and about to eat the sausage McMuffin I see the bun looks bitten and it was disgusting Ps even tried calling the store only to get hung up when they picked up and it wasn't even busy when I went in around 440 a d ordered my order number is 1103

I ordered a MEDIUM peach passion fruit smoothie. When i recieved my order it was NOT filled up properly. This portion is unacceptable!! Usually when i order smoothies its filled up to the lid AS A PROPER MADE SMOOTHIE SHOULD!!! I am so dissapointed.

The gave me the wrong burger. Showed them the receipt and I returned burger and no apology. Waited 20mins for the correct burger and nothing. So I asked for a refund and the manager couldn't care less. Again no apology just asked me for the receipt and what I was refunding. No attempt to fix it or make it right. Seen other people experience the horrible customer service while I was waiting. One customer came in and said he was waiting over 20mins in the curbside and no one brought out food. He had to come to get his food. Avoid this place.

Service is normally slow at this location, however, on two occasions I noticed a particular rep that really keeps things moving. She is very much on the ball. I had to ask her for her name and compliment her on her efficiency. I noticed she solves many of the other workers issues. She really knows the business. Thanks Shanice.

I had previously written a bad review but tonight I had the greatest service I have ever had!! Whoever was working May 21 12AM were all incredibly sweet and considerate. They handled troubled customers with grace and held up excellent customer service standards.

Waited 10 mins for a happy meal today on DRIVE THROUGH. There were 4 people at the pick up window chit-chating and laughing (one was holding a broom) the whole time while we were waiting in the car. Horrible service!!!
